1. Alter your state of consciousness. Do this by simply closing your eyes and focus on having a peaceful mind. The key is not waiting to see what happens, but to relax. Have a quiet place, play soothing music or light a candle to help you get to this place.
2. Be aware. At this relaxed state of mind, as well as physically being relaxed, you are at your basic psychic level. Now visualize certain images like walking on the beach or taking a hike though a nature park. Pay attention to the details. At the beach, do you see how white the sand is? Or how blue the water is? Or how beautiful the levees look during the hike? Perhaps you hear the waves crashing at the beach or the seagulls singing? Or maybe you are feeling the warmth of the sun as you walk along the beach. Whichever is easier for you to do.
3. Trust yourself. You know to get to the basic psychic level, now it is time to ask questions. For instance if you are asking, “Will I be engaged soon?” do you hear bells? Do you hear “no?” Do you hear “yes?” Do you hear “no time soon?” Do you seen see a celebration? Do you see a church? Do you see a white dress? Do you see yourself alone? Do see you and partner growing old? Do you see yourself crying? Did you feel overjoyed once you asked that question or did you feel tightness in your chest? Do you feel depressed?
The key is to trust your feelings. Your higher self knows the answers.
