Find an advisor who has a schedule listed for appointments. Click on Schedule an Appointment from that advisor’s page and proceed to select the date, time and length you wish to have the appointment for. You will then be asked to pay for the appointment in advance of your scheduled time.
Appointments are set for 10, 15, 30 and 45 minutes.They are priced at the rate per minute of the advisor times the amount of time you choose for the appointment.For example, a 10-minute appointment with a $6.99 advisor would cost $69.90.
Login to your Psychic Source account and go to the manage appointments page and click the Join button. You will be able to join within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. You join through this section of your account whether it is a Phone, Chat or Video appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email and an email on when your appointment is and how to join it immediately after you schedule an appointment. You will also receive an email reminder a couple of hours before your appointment. If you are in the U.S. and shared your mobile number during the scheduling of your appointment, you will also receive an SMS text 15 minutes before the start of your appointment. Please note that based on your carrier standard message and data rates may apply.
You have up to 5 minutes from the scheduled start time of your appointment to Join. Unfortunately, whatever time has expired is part of your overall allotted appointment time if you should join late. So, don’t be late!
If it is within the first 5 minutes from the designated start time of your appointment, you can return to your manage appointments page and click on the Join button to reconnect and continue your appointment. If the first 5 minutes have passed, please contact Customer Care at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative.
All missed appointments are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the fee charged for that appointment. See more in our Disclaimer and Terms. Repeatedly missing appointments may impact your ability to create future appointments with our advisors. Psychic Source reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the appointment feature in the event of repeated missed appointment.
After you join your appointment, if for some reason your advisor doesn’t show up, please contact our customer care department at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative.
If your advisor had to cancel your appointment, you will receive an email indicating this and we will refund your payment to the card that was used to schedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment by creating a new appointment on our website.
Any appointment made can be cancelled by accessing your account at psychicsource.com. All appointment cancellations done online must be done prior to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any appointment cancelation request within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment must be cancelled through our Customer Care Department at 800-732-0797 and select “0” to speak with a customer care representative. All appointment cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the fee charged for that appointment.
You are charged for your appointment for a specific block of time, chosen by you. Whether or not you use the full amount of appointment time is up to you. We do not offer refunds for unused time during your appointment.
