To get in an Advisor's line you must have a minimum balance of $15.00 in your account, (or $2.00 if you have new member introductory dollars on account). You must maintain this minimum balance to receive your Return Call.
If you are a new customer with new member dollars on account, there are some advisors whose Return Call lines will be restricted.
Note: You cannot get in line for an online chat reading. This feature applies only to phone readings.
Setting up a Return Call
When you get in line, you tell us your availability to get a Return Call – up to 24 hours. You can set up a Return Call on the web, on the phone service, or by talking to Customer Service.
Give us the phone number you'd like us to use. Make sure your Caller ID Block is OFF and that you can receive calls from toll free (800#) numbers.
Tell us how long you're available (up to 24 hours from when you activate your Return Call). To put yourself in an advisor’s line, and to maintain your position, it is necessary to have a minimum account balance of $15.00.
When your position in line is confirmed, we'll also tell you how many customers are in line ahead of you who may not be ready for their call. This information may give you a clearer view of the Advisor's Return Call line.
If your 24-hour availability window is about to run out, and you have not yet received your Return Call, please log back into the system to extend your availability before your window expires.
While you're in Line – Don't Waste Your Time!
While you're in an Advisor's line, during the first thirty minutes that you're available for a Return Call, you can get a reading right away with any other available Advisor – and get a discount on your next reading!
If you're in line and getting a reading from a different Advisor, when your turn comes up in line, a whisper tone message will let you know your Advisor is available now. You can switch over right away, or finish your current reading. You will not lose your place in line.
If you choose to continue your current reading, you should reset your availability for your Return Call when you're done.
Cancelling a Return Call
To cancel a Return Call:
Login to your account.
You can cancel a Return Call from your account home page, or from the tab called: Manage Return Calls.
Simply click on the "" to cancel a Return Call.
Download and install our Free Psychic Source Smartphone App for iOS and Android devices. Once logged into the app, navigate to the Return Call tab where you will see a list of your active Return Calls. Simply hit the “x” to cancel a Return Call. See links below to install the app.
Extending your Availability for a Return Call
To extend your availability for a Return Call:
Login to your account.
From your account home page, choose the tab called: Manage Return Calls.
Simply click on the "edit" button next to Settings.
Choose up to a 24-hour extension. You may do this at any time, as often as you need to maintain your place in line until you receive your Return Call.
If the Advisor that you are in line with is on vacation, we will automatically hold your place in line until they return.
To maintain your place in line, please have a minimum account balance of $15.00 and reset your availability before your window expires.
Download and install our Free Psychic Source Smartphone App for iOS and Android devices. Once logged into the app, navigate to the Availability tab where you will see your current Return Call Phone number and remaining availability. Update your time from 1-24 hours and hit Save Changes. Don't Miss your Return Call
There are a few things to keep in mind so that you don’t miss your reading with your advisor:
It is important that you maintain an account balance of more than $15.00. This is the minimum required to get a reading and to hold your position in line. If your account balance falls below the minimum, you will not be able to extend your availability or get your reading.
If your account balance falls below $15.00 and you are in an Advisor’s line, you’ll see an orange icon in your online account next to the words “Manage Return Calls” in the menu on the left side of your account homepage. This icon will also appear when you click on your Account link at the top of the page.
If you Miss your Return Call
Please login to your account and get in line.
On the web: Go to the Advisor's page and click the "Get a Return Call" button.
It is your responsibility to reset your availability window to maintain your place in line. In some cases, technical, device or operational issues will prevent you from updating your availability and/or cause you to lose your place in line. Please contact Customer Care, and we will do our best to investigate the issue and/or return you to your approximate place in line.
