To get a reading at Psychic Source, you’ll first set up an account so you can add dollars and track your activity. You can set up your account online, by calling the service, or by calling Customer Care. We will guide you through the quick, easy steps to set up your account. Please note: You will need a valid credit card in your name to open your account. This is used to verify that you are over 18 years of age and to add dollars to your account.
There are no hidden costs or fees at Psychic Source. So in order to get a reading you need to have some dollars in your account. You can add dollars online, through our automated phone system, or by calling Customer Care. Add as much or as little as you want, from $15 to $500 at a time.
You will always know how much you have in your account and how much you can spend on a reading. Plus, as a new member, you'll enjoy special introductory offers that allow you to try the service at special low rates. As a benefit of being a new Psychic Source customer, we give you the first three minutes of your first paid reading free. An Advisor can walk you through the process and orient you to their reading style. Ask whatever questions you have so that you can get the most out of your experience.
Once you have an account with some dollars in it, you're ready to get a reading! For a phone reading, you can either call into the service and enter your membership ID number to log in and select an Advisor, or you can log in to the website and click on the "Call Me" button to receive an immediate call back from the available Advisor whom you have chosen for your reading. For an online reading, you may enter either your membership ID number or your email and online password.
Whether on the phone or online, take your time choosing the Advisor from whom you want to get a reading. If that Advisor is busy, you can get in line and arrange for a Return Call that will dial you when it's your turn for a reading. While you're waiting, you can get a reading from an available Advisor and get an instant discount.
When you get a reading, the cost is deducted from your account balance, based on how many minutes the reading lasts and your Advisor's rate per minute. You pay only for the time you spend in a live reading. You do not have to pay for any other time spent on the service (for example: talking to Customer Care, listening to the options menus, or waiting while we connect your call).
At the beginning of your reading we will tell you how much you have in your account and how many minutes and seconds you will be able to connect with your chosen Advisor. During your reading, if you want to continue beyond what's in your account, you can add dollars using our QuickBuy feature. We will prompt you to do this if you decide to continue your reading.
Our special offers and promotions are a great way to get more dollars in your account and more minutes with your favorite Advisors. You can sign up for emails, texts, or regular mail notifications about special offers in the "My Account" section of the website.
If you don't have a credit card, you have the option to add dollars to your account several ways: a debit card, a gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover); or money order.
It's the most anonymous way to add dollars to your account. When you use a gift card, there are never any statements so you maintain your privacy and keep your transactions confidential. Pick up a Master Card, Visa or American Express gift card at many local retailers or online.
