This is why we so often reference our heart in every day expressions! How often have you heard someone say "He/she broke my heart!" or "I’m in love and my heart just skipped a beat!" The heart is an important part of our lives aside from its functional purpose.
A healthy heart is a happy heart.
We must keep our heart healthy and happy spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Just like we have to water a plant, we also have to nourish our soul and spirit. Showing love, gratitude and appreciation will boost your immune system and keep that heart healthy!
Physical exercise, connecting with nature, yoga and meditation all can help keep the body and mind in balance. Showing love, gratitude and appreciation helps with guilt, burn out and anxiety. Did you realize the magnetic field of the heart (including our chakra fields) is 5000 times more powerful than the magnetic field of the brain? That’s a powerful organ we all have inside us!
Your heart is made up of cells, and your cells are loyal servant of the body. Your body and cells respond to your thoughts, and your thoughts have power and reach. This is why it’s so important to think positive thoughts and express that gratitude. Your cells won’t ask you questions!
From "I feel great today!" to “Everything that is happening is in Divine order (even those things that I do not yet understand),” are just two example of positive affirmations to balance the life dance of stress. You rule your body and whatever you think and feel becomes the law of your land!
