Spirit Searching For Memories by Psychic Torri
Date 3/10/2013
Memories are precious. Without them it’s hard to function to any degree. Our brains know how to encode, process, store, and retrieve information within an intricate part of our minds. We have four bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and our memories live in all four bodies. But I want to be different today and go off in another direction. I want to make a connection with my memory and share what I call “spirit searching.” Spirit searching is looking for a peculiar memory, one that stands out more than the rest.
The spirit searching memory I am looking for is that of my favorite cat, Orange Juice. The day before Orange Juice died, I felt a need to spend some one-on-one time with him without knowing the events of the next day. Going through the house, I found Orange Juice curled up by himself in a chair. I picked him up and we lay down on the floor together on a big old blanket. We played together with his favorite toy (a rabbit’s foot) and then went to sleep for about 2 hours before waking.
Little did I know, the next day Orange Juice would have a stroke and pass on to the other side. This is a simple memory, but one that puts a smile on my face every time and will last me a lifetime. I love Orange Juice and now he comes back to me in spirit form every day. He is always laying on my shoulders and meowing, another memory to cherish. Great cat—great spirit!
“Life gives us brief moments with another, but sometimes in those brief moments we get memories that last a life time.” –unknown.
Everything we think, say, or do matters because we are making memories until we pass to the spirit world. When we pass, we leave our memories behind until we reincarnate into another life and body.
This coming spring, I hope you all are able to make wonderful memories to fill your minds with joy, love, happiness, laughter, and those special moments to enjoy now and later.

SednaMorrigan: OH my goodness, I started crying in the middle of this article. I thought about my own experiences of losing beloved furry family members, especially a dear Collie named Princess. Thank you so much for reminding us to strengthen our bonds to the ones we love. (((Torri))) You are a special psychic, loving human being, and we are all blessed with your sharing of this.
