Connecting with Your Angels by Psychic Minerva

Surround Yourself with a Protective White Light.

Many of us grew up believing in angels either due to cultural influences, personal experiences or religious upbringing.  Also, though many of us have never directly experienced angels, we are still fascinated by them. Though some will never see an angel, it does not mean they will never experience their essence.

For those of you who wish to make contact with an angel but do not have a specific one in mind, here is an exercise to help you make an angelic connection. First, make sure you are in a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted by calls, texts or loud noises.  (Yes, that is possible, lol.)  Make sure before you begin that you are well rested, so you won’t fall asleep. However, in the event you do fall asleep do not fret or worry. It does take practice to meditate and retain information.

A Protective Light
As you begin to meditate, focus on your breathing. Make sure as you breathe, you are relaxed and comfortable.  Imagine a white protective light surrounding you, allowing you to feel safe and protected. 

Quietly sit inside the protective white light and imagine a screen before you.  Upon this screen, you will see a door. Slowly open the door and walk through.

Upon entering, you will notice in front of you two empty chairs.  Select a chair and sit. As you quietly sit on the chair, you will notice another door at the other end of the room. Slowly the door begins to open and in walks in bright iridescent energy. Allow your eyes to gaze upon the image as it comes closer.  The closer the image comes, the more vivid it becomes, allowing you to make out visual details. As the image walks before you, it takes the empty seat next to you.

How Do You Talk To An Angel?
At this point, you will engage in conversation with the entity. You can begin your conversation by saying hello and then asking questions. It is recommended that you begin with the following questions as a starter and then take a few moments to ask specific questions of your own:

1. What is your name?
2. What type of angel are you?
3. May I contact you again?

Take note of whatever occurs.  When you are done, thank the angel for connecting to you and bid it farewell. Next, when you feel ready, slowly walk back through the door and then lock it behind you. Then focus on your outer body and the protective white light.  Sit quietly for a few minutes and think about the process. When you are ready, open your eyes.

You can repeat this exercise often until you feel comfortable with the results and outcome. Remember to take your time and do not judge yourself harshly if you do not obtain immediate results.  Be compassionate and gentle with yourself always.
