In this guided mediation, Psychic Izzy teaches you how to find your inner mountain to stand steady in the midst of chaos.
Allow me show you how to access additional tools for support and forward movement. Let's look at this chaos issue much closer and view it from several perspectives so you can learn to navigate this craziness while feeling more complete. Make sure to notice your mindset in happy times compared to your 'mindset' in chaos. What differences do you notice?
Uncertainty is often a big part of change. This usually brings up uncomfortable emotions, because we do not know what this will mean - resulting in fear, anxiety and resistance. Bottom line — we do not feel safe! The key is to recognize that this happens because we have a natural negativity bias. The ‘what if…’ jumps to a negative end result. Yet, ‘what if” could just as easily end in a positive resolution. Please read those last two sentences again. Once you raise your awareness in this chaotic situation, there is choice and free will playing a big part. It is not automatically chaos = bad.
The challenge is, our brains are accustomed to reacting more strongly to emotions that rattle us and do not feel secure. So, remember, when you get triggered, your natural response will likely be to jump to the resistant view, taking over the drivers seat in life. To help illustrate my point, consider these scenarios:
Have you ever…?
Never fear, you are not the only one.
Meditation can help you see your anxiety about life challenges though a more positive perspective. Ultimately, finding a broader birds-eye view of this messy situation. And by changing your viewpoint, that can make a significant impact on how you process change. And by choosing to find Gratitude instead of Grief, it truly reminds you of all you have to be thankful for.
Consistent Meditation is a way of hitting a significant 'Reset Button'. Rather than allowing anxiety or fear to dictate our decisions on auto pilot, we can choose to find calm and be ‘present’ in the ‘here and now’, and that will be a game changer.
Living in the Now, will help you feel more grounded, safe and adaptable to change. Yes, we need to reflect on the past and dream into the future. But the key is, do not stay there. Always bring yourself back to the present moment and make heart-based, calm choices that are led by your intuition instead of defaulting to actions or inactions that are reactive and a form of protection or hiding.
The bottom line is, change is a necessary part of life. Think of the traditional autumn season with colorful leaves falling from the trees. That process leads to new growth in the Spring season. Or, maybe children growing up to help care for their parents as they age. Accepting this and finding the gifts in this process usually takes time and patience. However, through this you gain deeper awareness and you learn to see change as a step forward toward growth and expansion instead of anger and blame. And you are becoming more adaptable and accepting. This is a very healthy way of living.
This journey will help you to reframe your uncertainties. Once you find more calm in the chaos, ask yourself, “What can I learn from this? How can this ultimately benefit me?" Simply pause and recall, the world needs change to thrive!
