Psychic Source has been in operation for over 25 years, providing quality reading services to a very loyal customer
base. We operate under the corporate name Expert Link. This protects our customers’ privacy when charges
appear on their bank statement. Should you come on-board with us, you will contract with Expert Link and work on our
service marketed under the name Psychic Source.
Q. Where do Psychic Source Advisors come from?
A. Everywhere! Our psychics, mediums, clairvoyants and gifted diviners are spread across the United
States, Canada and many other countries. They usually come to us through referrals by other Psychic Source Advisors.
We also hit the road and attend conferences, new age psychic fairs and events throughout the year.

We have over 350 psychics who work on our service full or part time (from home or the location of their choice),
providing 24/7 services to our customers. All our Advisors have been offered the opportunity to read here because

Q. My integrity is important to me. How does Psychic Source protect the integrity of the service?
A. At Psychic Source we don’t just allow anyone to join our Advisor community. Advisors with
Psychic Source have to not only give authentic readings, they must also truly care about our clients We are
committed to providing authentic readings that leave our members feeling good regardless of the content of the
reading. We do not tolerate scare tactics to “encourage” members to call back in order to avoid negative
consequences on our service. Advisors who use these kinds of strategies are immediately removed from our listings.
You will never be asked to collect information from our customers for marketing purposes. We have a zero tolerance
policy for Advisor-to-Advisor negativity. We really try to make sure that those who partner with us are here because
they want to share their gift in a positive, loving environment.
Your privacy, safety and well-being are important to us. When you set up your Advisor profile, we require you chose
a unique pseudonym different than your real name or any name under which you’ve marketed your services; you're
completely anonymous to callers.
The only thing you need to do is provide quality psychic counseling services; we do the rest
-marketing, operations, technology, and customer service.
Q. What is Psychic Source’s Advisor Code of Ethics?
A. Our Advisors are committed to honoring the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in
their sessions with our members. While we treasure the personal and deeply caring connections formed between our
members and Advisors, Psychic Source is first and foremost a professional service. Our Code of Ethics protects the

Q. How should I prepare for my video interview?
A. We are highly selective in our screening process and only hire experienced professionals with
Q. Can I be both a phone and a chat advisor?
A. First, our goal is to get to know you in a relaxed and natural setting. When you start the
process, we’ll provide you with the questions in advance of your recording your answer, so that you have an
opportunity to prepare your thoughts. That doesn’t mean we expect perfection. It simply means that we want you to be
comfortable and con?dent and relax into the process.
Here are some tips for a successful video interview:

If you decide to use your mobile device, set it somewhere stationary so the recording isn't compromised.
We also recommend you choose the "hide video" option when recording as it may help you feel more at ease. This
option simply blurs out your video recording so you can focus more on answering the question, instead of
yourself on camera.
Q. Which reading channels do you offer?
A. Our Advisors offer readings by phone, chat, and video – on demand and by appointment. We expect
all new contractors to make themselves available on all reading channels, both on demand and by appointment. While
we do allow advisors to login to all reading channels simultaneously, you can only read for one customer at a time.
This allows you to focus your time and energy on the person who contacted you and ensures a quality experience.
Q. Do I need a photo?
A. We have been in business since 1989 and we’ve found that a real photo has a huge impact on your
ability to reach new customers. In fact, it is almost as important as the sound of your voice in making the initial
connection. This is especially true for Advisors who use online chat as a channel for delivering their psychic
advice. A professional photo is required of all new contractors. We can help you get a professional photo for use on
Q. What about compensation?
A. Compensation is based on your total weekly talk minutes and pays a flat rate per minute
regardless of how you are priced on the service. We do not reward you for keeping clients on the phone longer than
they had intended -- that doesn't feel good to you or to us. We don’t bonus for logging on or sticking to your
schedule – that goes without saying. We do, however, offer additional compensation opportunities for original
written content and social media participation.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. Psychic Source Advisors never have to worry if they will be paid accurately or on time. Our
Advisors receive their compensation every Friday through direct deposit. We do not charge a fee for deposits. If you
are unable to receive direct deposit, arrangements can be made to pay you via PayPal.
Q. How many hours on average do Psychic Source Advisors work? Is there a minimum or maximum?
A. Psychic Source Advisors are independent contractors, so you manage and set your own schedule. We
ask that you log in a minimum of 12 hours per week according to a schedule you set. We have found that Advisors who
are available for a minimum 12 hours, who logon to all channels, and who rigorously adhere to their scheduled hours
see the best results in building a loyal client base.
Q. How do you promote me?
A. We have a group of specialists who spend all of their time working exclusively with our Advisor
community. You can reach out to this group by phone or email any time you have a question, or even if you just want
to chat. This group meets in person with members of our Advisor community every year, and many Advisors count them
among their trusted friends.
Q. Who’s my contact person in case I have questions or concerns?
A. Within our Relationship Center we have a group of specialists who spend all of their time working
exclusively with our Advisor community. You can reach out to this group by phone or email any time you have a
question, or even if you just want to chat.
