How to get rid of negative energy: the key to holistic health and wellness
Negative energy. It clogs our mind, inflames our bodies and dampens our spirit. The more we dwell on what ails us, the more we are prone to dis-ease, emitting a negative vibration that acts as a magnet for more negativity and bad fortune. We get caught in a downward spiral. We suffer.
How do we cleanse ourselves from toxic negativity? What can we do to attract positive energy into our lives? It all begins by connecting with our own spiritual source energy. The more we can build in a daily practice for clearing away the mental clutter and making space to listen to Spirit, the better able we are to keep negativity at bay, till our inner focus on love and gratitude is stronger than the temptation to complain, react or dwell on our suffering.

As noted author Wayne Dyer has written, "there is a spiritual solution to every problem." Ask yourself, "what makes me feel good… mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually?" Close your eyes and focus on the feeling you get when you answer this question. You can channel that feeling of happiness and balance whenever you’d like, simply by intentionally making space for it. It’s all about finding a method that works best for you. Some people use yoga or meditation; others take long walks. However you free your mind and release the clutter is up to you. Robert Gene: Beginning your journey always starts with the self and your connection to the spiritual world.
Rhiannon: There are many different modalities that you can use: yoga, meditation, massage, energy work, life coaching, psychic readings, hypnotherapy.
Kya: I would say probably meditation is probably the key beginning balance with anyone's mental wellness.
Serina: Learning how to relax and release your psyche from clutter and all of the negativity that you may have attracted.
Neil: Get outside, clear your head, move your body, go for a walk every day, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and trust the insight that arises.
Kya: It's really probably the best place - for one, it doesn't require much time. It's something you can do 5 minutes a day, 10 minutes a day in the morning or before you go to bed.
Neil: So if out of that you feel a draw towards yoga, do yoga. If you feel a draw towards meditation, do meditation. If you feel like you could really benefit from a psychic reading, do that. Walk first and then let the insight lead you.
Rhiannon: You will have more energy, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. You'll just feel well. You'll know.
Liz: And if you can learn to live one day at a time and live this day, you'll have a long and happy life, one day at a time.
