Excellent reading.
If this call is being recorded for quality assurance, I would love for it to be reviewed. She offered nothing outside of some random man. I tried to ask clarify questions like is this man living, do I currently know him etc. and she said she couldn’t answer it. Okay that’s fine. So I asked is there a reason why nothing else is showing up? What does this typically mean when it happens? And yelled something (unfortunately I didn’t catch it) and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional.
Ms. Stella is like that other mom that can give you clarity, love, understanding, and patience.
Stella was extremely confident from the beginning of our phone conversation. I will have wait to see if anything transpires.
