If this call is being recorded for quality assurance, I would love for it to be reviewed. She offered nothing outside of some random man. I tried to ask clarify questions like is this man living, do I currently know him etc. and she said she couldn’t answer it. Okay that’s fine. So I asked is there a reason why nothing else is showing up? What does this typically mean when it happens? And yelled something (unfortunately I didn’t catch it) and hung up.
