Just wanted to really thank you for giving me one of the best advices I've gotten on this site. It has helped me to move on and be more clear as to what I should do next. Regardless of what's to come, sometimes not knowing is better than knowing and expecting and hoping what's to come. I really couldn't thank you enough. Not much predicament has happened yet and not even sure if it will happen, whichever decide to take its tool, I am still very thankful of the advice you have given me.

The fact that she was able to point out my grandpa who recently passed away made me tears... thank you Gianna. you have no idea how happy youve made me feel. she mentioned how he is always on a look out for me. thank you. I couldnt thank you enough. I miss him so much. I mainly called her to consult POI but before she mentioned anything she told me that she wanted to mention that there is a guy who passed away to make sure I knew that he's always watching me! thats my grandpa! thank you Gianna. she was able to point out about my person of interest and his temperament which not many of them could point out. thank you. ill call again.
Soft spoken, on point and really likes to go into the details. was able to pick up a lot. she did ask for his birthday instead of mine since our main focus was on the guy. but in general. she was able to pick up on the main basic points.
