Ms. Nova is such a blessing to everyone. She was able to calm my feelings and point out things I’ve been avoiding in regards to myself that I’ve put behind my head. Not only that, she reassured me of of POI and was able to give me a better understanding. Everything that she said was spot on without giving too much information. She is the sweetest person with such a gentle heart you can feel over the phone.
