Therese, thank you for being there when I need someone to listen to my concerns. Last night I called you out of desperation, and I truly wasn’t myself, yet you were kind and nonjudgmental as always. I trust you so much and I take your advice to heart, word by word. I really hope things turn around for the better and that this saga, which feels never-ending, finally comes to a close.
I’ve known Theresa for the past 2–3 years. I call her sporadically, yet she always remembers my situation. I’m really glad I spoke with her tonight. She talks as if I’m definitely going to marry this man, which feels very reassuring.
