Thank you for calming me in the moment, I had a perfect storm the night I called with holidays eatings, stress eating, grief came all ahead. Now with trying to be more in tune with my breathing I feel like I will come out on top.
Your calm and insightful, it helped me to let go and understand that my depression of not having my grandparents here for this 1st holiday was really getting me in emotional knots and it was causing some physical things with my stomach. It was refreshing to hear some things my grandma most likely would have said. I need to make sure I'm happy with myself and not care about what my family thinks even though I love them, what they are trying to do is not.

Due to your reading and the words you gave me, I feel as though I have and will be gaining some control back and feeling better about my situation and life in general.
