I was so excited about this reading because the reviews were so amazing. Sapphire is a very nice woman. However, I didn't receive a reading. Instead, I was told to follow my heart. And I was told that everything would be okay, but not with the details others mentioned in their review.
I just want to call again to hear Carla answer the line. She was happy, upbeat, and immediately put me at ease. Before calling, I was sad, frustrated, and feeling bummed out. Within a few minutes on the line with Carla, I began to feel hope AND she gave me a quick and easy solution that I didn't think would work and, guess what, it did! Carla! I'm keeping my dog!!! Thank you so much for your time.
Spot on, direct, friendly, and empathic. I so appreciated the insight that I received. Fern helped me see a different perspective and I'm so thankful that I reached out to her because it helped me approach a difficult discussion from a better place and we were able to work things out in a way that made everyone happy while removing any resentment - Fern, I'm keeping my dog :)
