I withheld this from Elijah but I've called him once before 2 years ago when I was at this same awful point where I had no idea what would happen with regards to my employment. 2 years ago he informed me that he saw green and a job with high pay would be coming my way and it would be a great opportunity for growth. Sure enough, a week later, I got the job! Now at a crossroads again, Elijah calmed my concerns and informed me that I would be interviewing this month. However, I'm not reviewing bc it was good news that was given-- Elijah feels like an old friend swooping in with the right advice at the right time. You can tell he genuinly cares about giving you the clarity you need. I hope one day we can have dinner and a drink in person :)
Graduated about 4 months ago and have been struggling to find the right job/company after countless [literally hundreds of] resume submissions, net working events, job fairs, you name it and had yet to hear back from prospective companies. Couldn't seem to find the light at the end of the tunnel and was beginning to lose hope. Elijah calmed my nerves, restored hope, and said that something would come through this month (November). Sure enough, I got a call this morning! Hopefully the relationship bit will come through as well :D Thank you!
