let me just say Roxanne is first class in customer service as well as accuracy. she never gets impatient or frustrated with my questions at all. she is always quick, concise, and honest. it takes time for predictions to happen. there's been more than one occasion that something she said seemed impossible, but then later on, it all makes sense and happens the way she said. and to be clear, I'm talking about negative and positive! Roxanne has never gotten my hopes up, she keeps it real when it's bad and is happy for me when it's good. I fully recommend her.
