this is my first time speaking with you and I have to say it was worth every penny you were spot on very easy easy to speak with. I felt very comfortable with with you. I felt we connected quite quickly and it wasn't advice advice it was true psychic capabilities, and clairvoyance that you had in this situation and I appreciate you walking me through all the steps and the personalities involved at work. This is a tremendous stress I've had and you have alleviated it with with your kindness and your time frames and your outcomes and your descriptions of each person working there were quite spot on.
