She was fantastic....told me exactly what I thought had happened to my missing mini-dachshund, Macho and also helped me to know what my next steps should be as I search for him. She was also able to give me peace of mind that Machos' spirit was very aware of how I feel without him and how sorry I was for what had happened and that his spirit understood and was not angry with me like I was afraid his spirit would be. It was an emotional 13 minute chat, but definitely gave me some sense of peace with the whole situation. My only regret was that I didn't have any more money to add to my chat with Grace.
