Vincent thank you for your valuable insight. I adore you like an dear friend. Sometimes we do not want to hear certain things and I am certain you always know how to break it to me in the best way, in a way that I will hear it. I am sad tonight about what I knew deep down, about a friendship that is very different now but I understand what you said, and glad that you gave me some courage to do what I need to in order to move past it and take care of myself. Vincent, it is always nice to hear your voice. When things feel out of control you always help me put it onto perspective. There are often times I hear your voice in my head and it makes me laugh. It is joy to speak with Vincent even if we have not connected in many months. He continues to amaze me through the depth of what he remembers and how he states the names of my family or recalls details of a story I have told him long ago. He has an incredible gift and I am grateful that he can share it with me. Thank you for a heart to heart conversation. It is hard to feel as if you are all alone on an island because the people around you don't see what you see. I wanted to make sure my ideas were not "crazy" or that I wasn't thinking clearly. Thank you for sincerely validating my convictions and being honest.
