To advance in our recruiting process, you must complete the following:

1. Submit your application.
2. You will be invited to answer pre-recorded interview questions.
3. Schedule and complete a video interview which also includes a live reading.
4. Successful applicants will be offered a contract.
5. Complete the onboarding process and start making customer connections.

We’re very selective in choosing the most elite advisors. We only contract with the top 5% of applicants.

Our psychics, mediums, clairvoyants, and gifted diviners are spread across the United States, Canada, and many other countries.

We are seeking to contract advisors who meet the following requirements below.
You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a landline or cell phone that has good cell service
• Have a desktop or laptop
• Commit to a schedule for 12 hours minimum a week
• Have access to highspeed and stable internet service
• Be able to work across all channels which include phone, chat, video and by appointment
• Provide Expert Link with an exclusive photo and stage name that cannot be used on any other websites or social media
• Be an expert in providing insight on love and relationships & career advice
• Have the ability to deliver exceptional service on various lengths of readings

Our advisors have access to our dedicated Advisor Relationship and Support team that is available 24/7 and can be reached by phone, live chat, or email.

You leave all the details to us.

• We manage the business so our Advisors can focus on what they love to do – providing genuine, caring psychic guidance.
• Our advisors are paid every Friday for the week’s prior talk time minutes through direct deposit or PayPal if located outside of the US.
• We also offer additional earning opportunities for original written content and social media participation.
