Self-discovery is a tool for growth and healing. Your relationship with yourself is the most important one you'll ever have. Below I have listed three areas in your life that can serve as catalysts for insight into yourself.
What does your space say about you? Our personal environments are reflective of our inner states. If you have a chaotic space, it can mean you have a chaotic mind. If your space is overly organized it can mean you are too controlling, so on and so forth.
I suggest reexamining your space and then redecorating and reorganize it to be more balanced. Your environment does affect your mood. You might need to work with an expert to get it there. Marie Kondo says, "Does this spark joy? If it does, keep it. If not, dispose of it."
If your space is fine right now, GREAT. If in the future it becomes more imbalance, notice what triggered the clutter and then set up measures to make sure that issue doesn't imbalance you again.
Fears are insightful nuggets. They let you know what is still not healed. When you go to do something and don't, it's likely because of a fear or limiting belief. If you judge something or someone, underlining it is likely a fear. If you hurt someone, underneath it is likely a fear. On and on it goes. Meditations and mindfulness will help to reveal your fears. When you discover what you fear, remember to have compassion for yourself. Fears aren't "bad" or "wrong". They're just part of our life journeys. Life couldn't be like a classroom if we didn't have something to discover.
What you do for a living or what you want to do tells you a lot about your nature. It reveals your soul's intention. The work we do is connected to our life mission. Your life mission is your soul's gift to humanity. If you want to know more about yourself, look at your workplace and how you engage with others. If you want to know what you're good at, notice the things that come easy to you that might be harder for others.
Are you happy in your career? If yes, HURRAH for you. If no, this is an optimum moment to dive into discovery, reassess why and make changes. Your career is an extension of yourself and will always reveal deep layers of truths. If you're trying to decide which career to start or which second career to go into, a psychic can help.
You've heard it said, "life is about the journey, not the destination", which is to say we will always be learning and growing. This isn't meant to be a drag. It's meant to be interesting, engaging and something to look forward to. We aren't meant to rush our journeys. Just the same, I know it won't feel like that all the time. It can feel maddening knowing something is wrong or out of place in our lives but not exactly what it is or how to fix it. Having a psychic reading might help and the guided meditation above can help also.
