Raise your vibration when you belt out a favorite song!
As I discussed in Part 1 of this series, your personal vibration is made up of all of the experiences you have in life combined with interactions from other people as well as your own feelings. You can raise your vibration through positive interactions, positive thoughts, and by simply being kind to others. When your vibration rises, your body and soul align more closely, causing your spirituality to be enhanced. Enhanced spirituality, regardless of religion, helps each of us to be closer to Spirit, God, or whatever name you use to refer to the Highest Power. When this occurs, your emotions start to feel more even. You feel more at peace. You feel more like you.
Here are just a few simple ways to help raise your vibration quickly in regards to balancing your emotions.
