Welcome back to Part Two of a Four-Part Series on Raising Your Personal Vibration!
As I discussed in Part 1 of this series
, your personal vibration is made up of all of the experiences you have in life combined with interactions from other people as well as your own feelings. You can raise your vibration through positive interactions, positive thoughts, and by simply being kind to others. When your vibration rises, your body and soul align more closely, causing your spirituality to be enhanced.
Enhanced spirituality, regardless of religion, helps each of us to be closer to Spirit, God, or whatever name you use to refer to the Highest Power. When this occurs, your emotions start to feel more even. You feel more at peace. You feel more like you.
Here are just a few simple ways to help raise your vibration quickly in regards to balancing your emotions.
Perhaps the first and easiest to try is meditation. You can meditate on your own or use a guided meditation. If your mind is very busy, it is most helpful to use a guided meditation.

If meditation is not something that you are interested in, then another similar way to raise your vibration is to sing. You can sing any song that brings you joy. The more positive the lyrics, the more you will raise your vibration.
Being thankful can raise your vibration immensely. Take time to be thankful throughout each day. Simply recognize things that you used to take for granted. For example, as you are getting ready for the day be thankful that you had toothpaste and soap to use, because millions in the world do not have these items. When you are thankful, it is much more difficult to feel negative emotions, thus helping to balance out your emotions overall.
You may think that balancing your emotions is an inside job. After all, they are "your" emotions. This is not the case, however, because being kind to others helps your vibration to soar! Practice acts of kindness if you would like to see your own emotions balanced out. Your body is made to feel real satisfaction when you make others feel good, when you do good deeds for them, and when you go out of your way for them. Practice acts of kindness and they will soon become a habit. You will experience far fewer lows and your emotions will balance out.
