We have all been through this at some point. Young and old, anybody can hit hard times and feel stuck. While this can be very overwhelming you don't have to go through it alone or shut yourself away from everybody in your life.
The first thing you should do is make a plan. Make short term goals to get you out of your rut. If you make outrageous unrealistic goals for the short term your likely to get overwhelmed and just give up on your goals all together. So keep it realistic you don't want to discourage yourself.
Find somebody to talk to about your stress its good to get it out and you will feel so much better after just letting it all out. Holding it in makes things seem like you can't do it and its so hard on you. If you are speaking with a true friend they wont judge you or talk bad about you.
Which brings me to this point make a budget for yourself and stick to it. Knowing what you spend will help you to know your spending habits and it adds up faster than you think. But most importantly don't let money define who you are. You make your money don't let your money make you!!
