How do I know this company is legitimate?
It’s not easy operating a business in an industry that has attracted
some really creepy and exploitive players. Here’s what we know...all
of us who work here – who bring psychic readings to you – are
real people, with families to feed, kids in school, pets who sometimes
come to the office, car troubles that sometimes make us late for work,
and a genuine appreciation for the psychic arts. Our friends think
we’re a bit nutty, but we love this business and all of the wonderful
people we encounter. We’re a small company. We’re not greedy.

I’ve heard horror stories about people racking
up huge debt from psychic readings because of disreputable psychic services. How do I know you won’t
rip me off and charge me more than I realize?
We want to respond to this question in two parts:
First, we never want anyone to spend beyond their means or face financial
difficulties because of our service. We can’t tell you how to
spend your money, but please...spend it wisely. Psychic readings are
a wonderful experience...like a great visit to a relaxing spa, or a
long talk with a good friend. Our service should leave you feeling
good, not worried about money. We all like to treat ourselves to something
special every now and then. We hope we’ll always be one of your
little luxuries, but never an expense that you feel guilty over.
Second, when we started this business we decided that we wanted our
customers to always know exactly what they were spending before they
get psychic readings. That’s why we designed our system so that
customers pre-pay for access. It’s one of the reasons we don’t
let you bill charges to your phone. At Psychic Source you buy a block
of time, and once it’s used up, you must initiate another purchase.

I'm skeptical...are the people on Psychic Source really "psychic?"
We believe that our Psychics are exceptional...here's why: Some people

I'm a bit nervous about placing my order over the internet.
How does Psychic Source protect my information?
Psychic Source uses a secure server software, called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL),
which is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology
encrypts your personal information including credit card number, name and address
so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We use 128-bit
encryption, which is the strongest available. In addition to encryption, SSL
assures that your browser sends data only to the correct server and that the
server is secure. When ordering online, look for the dialog box that reads: "Security Information. You have requested a secure document." This
ensures that the information you are entering is secure and your transaction
will be safe.
I don't have a check or a credit card; can I still purchase
a reading with Psychic Source?
We make it easy to purchase time; either here on our website or through our Customer Service Center at 1.800.965.3049. While you do have the option to purchase time quickly and
securely with a check or a credit card, you may also purchase time with a money
order, or through Western Union and Money Gram.
To purchase time with a
money order:
- Purchase a money order in the dollar amount of the Psychic Source package you wish to purchase
- Make the money order payable to: Expert Link, Inc.
- Mail to: P.O. Box 794 Langhorne, PA 19047
Please include your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Allow 2 weeks for us to receive your payment and call our customer service center for your account information.
We also offer the option to wire money through Western Union or Money Gram.
To purchase time through
Western Union:
- Visit a location that offers Western Union. For a Western Union location near
you, visit www.westernunion.com.
- Obtain a "blue" Quick Collect Form.
- Complete the form with:
- Company Name: ExpertLink (one word)
- Code City: Expert Link PA
- Account Number: Is your area code + phone number.
- Make the payment, which is the amount of the package you are purchasing, plus the $11.95 wiring fee that Western Union charges.
- Call Customer Service at 1.800.965.3049 after receiving the Money Transfer Control number and provide it to us for verification.
To purchase time through
Money Gram:
- Visit a location that offers Money Gram. For a Money Gram location near
you, visit www.moneygram.com.
- To complete your transaction, complete the form with:

- Receive Code: 2550
- Make the payment, which is the amount of the package you are purchasing,
plus the $12.50 wiring fee that Money Gram charges.
- Call Customer Service at 1.800.965.3049 after receiving the reference number
and provide it to us for verification.
What happens after I've made my online purchase?
When you place an order online, we provide you with a toll-free number to access
the service and a membership number (your telephone number and a 4 digit PIN
that we assign). This access information is provided on your order confirmation
page on this website and through an order confirmation email that is sent shortly
after you complete your online purchase. If you have any questions, please
call 1.800.965.3049 to reach our Customer Service Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. If your Internet Service Provider uses a spam blocker, be sure to add
info@PsychicSource.com to your friends list or "whitelist" to ensure
you receive the e-mail order confirmation.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
You can get up-to-the-minute information about your account and recent purchases through our Customer Service Center. Our representatives would be happy to
help you. Give them a call at 1.800.965.3049.
Also, it is possible that the "spam blocker" being used by your Internet Service Provider (or one that you may have
installed on your computer) is not set up to receive email from PsychicSource.com. To prevent email from being
blocked in the future, we recommend that you add info@PsychicSource.com to the friends list in your spam blocker.

How do I use Promo codes?
Using promo codes for your PsychicSource.com purchases is easy. A promo code has four or five digits and is used to apply exclusive offers or other special rates to your purchase.
Simply enter a promo code when asked and follow the instructions to process your order. You must use a valid credit card, which will be charged the total amount of your purchase. All packages shown on PsychicSource.com are the final price inclusive of the special offer from the applied promo code.
