Our Advisor Code of Ethics

1. Psychic Source understands the great responsibility that is held by our psychic Advisors. It is the responsibility of our Advisors to respect the dignity and promote the welfare of our customers. We require that all Advisors treat customers with the utmost respect, compassion and professionalism, which includes being completely focused on you and your needs.

2. To protect the unique nature of the psychic process, Psychic Source does not provide our Advisors with tools for sharing customer information.

3. For your protection, it is forbidden for an Advisor to request personally identifying information of any kind from a customer, for any reason.

4. For the safety and confidentiality of the service and this community, our Advisors use pseudonyms to represent themselves. Psychic Source will never authorize an Advisor to share their personal or business information to a customer for any reason. In addition, it is forbidden for them to do so.

5. It is forbidden for an Advisor to directly ask for money or to solicit outside business from a customer. Virtual romantic or personal relationships with customers outside of the context of psychic services is forbidden.

6. To ensure your security and protection, all services are to be conducted through Psychic Source.

7. Customers have the freedom to choose to connect one time or on an ongoing basis with a psychic Advisor through our service, and to terminate a conversation or chat at any time. The amount of time and money a customer spends with an Advisor is solely up to the customer.

8. Our Advisors avoid imposing their personal values, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors, sharing these only to the extent that they may support the customer in understanding the message of the psychic reading.

9. Our Advisors understand that trust is at the heart of the service relationship, and work to earn the trust of our customers through honesty, professionalism and confidentiality. Psychic Source will not knowingly disclose the content of the interactions between our customers and psychics. By making use of our telephone, chat and messaging services you consent to the content of these communications being recorded and/or saved privately for your protection and quality assurance. As with other counseling relationships, confidentiality may not apply in circumstances where there is imminent danger of harm to self or others, or if legal requirements demand that confidential information be revealed.

10. Our Advisors aspire to be open, honest and accurate in their readings. Psychic Source will not reward Advisors for prolonging reading length beyond what is in the customer's best interest or in any way dictate the content of the reading.
