I rest my head on my Mother’s chest. As I listen to her heart beat; she relays many messages. Feelings of heaviness, too much weight on her heart, she feels abused, torn and dumped on. She is growing impatient. I feel her anxiousness as her children fight, are unhappy and remain divided. I feel her rumble in rebellion deep with in. Feelings of enough is enough, a steady growing sense of empowerment and a determination to purify herself. I hear her screaming in anger as she erupts her power on those suffocating her. This woman is going to have her solitude, peace, love and harmony; one way or another. It is her destiny.

The yin and yang are disturbed. There is too much negativity, violence, greed, hate and fear. If we are not cautious the consequences will be undesirable. She is feeling her children loosing hope. She’s calling for their love, NOW. These times have been prophesized for thousands of years. Although change is inevitable; we do have choice. It can be rough or it can be easy. We as a whole get to decide.

As the vibration of Valentine’s Day begins to dance through the atmosphere, energies within the universe swirl like dervishes, intensifying and mounting with heightened emotions and psychic sensitivities, touching our minds, hearts and spirits in uniquely different ways.

The month for love, February,  offers us the opportunity to enhance our intimate connections with those whom Cupid has brought into our lives.

In my work with psychic healing, I’m often asked the question: “Is my lover thinking about me?” To that, I frequently respond: “You will know if you listen to your thoughts.”

Many of us have heard of family members and loved ones being able to sense when there is danger or pain in the lives of those they care for; we have heard of mothers having premonitions about their children and wives about their husbands, about lovers and twin flames being able to sense each other’s pain at a distance.

But how many times do we hear about being able to feel each other’s pleasure at a distance?

The knowing of pain is as accessible as the knowing of pleasure, and when we open ourselves to each others’ thoughts in this dimension of knowing, which is psychic and telepathic, we can experience a pleasure that lifts the soul and catapults it across galaxies, taking it to a place of beauty that exists as a secret of nature.

And a secret of nature is what true sexual pleasure is.

Much more than the physical experience of sex, which is about friction of body parts, psychic and telepathic sex is among the highest expressions of Love, Harmony, and Beauty – it is the result of merging thoughts, auras, and souls in a dimension that is within our grasp, yet out of this world.

How we get there, however, requires complete openness and trust; it also requires practice and patience.

On this Valentine’s Day, or during this month, I encourage you to try to enter the thoughts of your partner so that you may share in the pleasure they feel as you send thoughts of sexual pleasure to them.

Sit and concentrate, visualizing your partner inside of you, or you inside of your partner at that the stage of physical intimacy just before climax; women hold his manhood inside firmly; men, hold your manhood erect while you experience being inside; same sex lovers, feel the tenderness and excitement of your partner’s physical touch in you and on you.

Keep those thoughts for as long as you can, sending thoughts of your pleasure while receiving them – importantly, share. It is the sharing that brings supreme pleasure, which exists at a deeply psychic level. In this dimension of thought and knowing, send whatever thoughts and emotions you are feeling to your partner, expressing your love and admiration for them, telling them how you feel – express all of it – even if there are tears, just express.

Through practice, you will know when your lover is thinking of you, and they will know when they are thinking of them. There will be no question, there will be just love – there will be pure bliss – there will be a release and experience of pure joy.

Rules To Follow in 2012

1. Just like those oxygen masks on a plane:  Love, Honor, and Respect YOUR SELF FIRST!

If you don’t love, honor and respect Your self FIRST — no one else will!  That’s  the one Universal Law that the majority tend to overlook.  So please, do yourself, and others, a huge favor, and become a Universal Law abiding citizen.

2.  Stop loving someone who doesn’t love you back the same way.  And PLEASE!  Please, please  stop holding out for someone who is already taken!  Especially, and in particularly, someone who is married!

This isn’t being noble — as some would believe or think.   This is being outright stupid on every level.  

And don‘t give me those tired worn out excuses either.  You know the ones  … “I can’t help it!”  “The heart wants what it wants!”  “He’s my … soul mate!” or “He’s my twin flame!!”   Or any other excuses  along this line.  This is a total bogus belief that keeps you trapped in a self-abusive cycle.   

People come and go in our lives to help us work through the issues that we are stuck in.   It doesn’t mean no one loves you.  On the contrary!  It means they loved you enough to help you face your fears, work through them and move on to a higher and more expanded level of conscious awareness.

3. Open your heart, but keep good solid boundaries.

 Many people mistake enabling for being compassionate.  You can do good for people without making them co-dependent.   Example:    If that person is always coming to for a “hand out” and you keep giving — this is enabling.    If the person you have been helping out does not (or in some cases — refuses) to do for themselves — this is enabling!

Some times — turning a person away is a form of compassion.  Walking away from a situation that is abusive on some level — is a form of compassion.

4. Dream BIGGER!

Stop settling for less!  The Universe provides what you ask for.  If you’re stuck living with  low expectations — that is exactly what you will receive!   So Dream BIG!

5. Stop wasting your time and energies chasing people and things!  

Let it/them all  come to you. That’s how you will know it was meant to be yours.

Its the most wonderful time of the year or is it??

While some just love the lights the weather the gifts, the food and the parties, this time of year others couldn’t get it over with fast enough. It isn’t as wonderful when you’re alone. Ladies and Gentlemen I am here to help you with your Winter Blues.

Here are a few tips for finding Love in the New Year

1. BE YOURSELF nothing is worse than meeting somebody and having to put on a show. You want them to like you for who you are not who you think they want you to be.  Chances are they’ll like who you are better than who your pretending to be.

2. Make dating a priority – face it,  as much as we would all Love to sit at home and have Prince Or Princess Charming show up at our door its not going to happen (unless the mail man/woman is single) you have to get out there and meet people. Change up your routine skip the drive thru in the mornings go in for coffee. The Love of your life may be sitting there reading the paper having coffee. My point is be seen.

3. Introduce yourself its 2011 people we can male or female make our interest known. If you see somebody you like talk to them make a connection chances are if they have an interest they will ask you out. (if your sitting in the corner looking like you don’t want to be bothered chances are nobody’s going to bother you.

4. Look the part. I don’t mean you have to look like your going to Prom everyday but think about what you put on before you go out to that Christmas Party. Avoid wearing Red EVERYBODY wear Red for some reason to A Christmas Party Wear Silver Or Gold set yourself apart be noticed (And Not By Being The One With A Little Too Much To Drink Limit yourself to 2 drinks) that’s enough to loosen you up and keep you from being the Drunk Guy or Girl that everybody talks about the next day.

5.  Last but not least NO GAMES Don’t play hard to get. If you are playing hard to get, The Other Person May get tired and give up. Be Honest about what you want from the relationship from the start (No Baby Names OR Anything) But be honest if your looking for long term let them know that so they are not in 6 months wondering why your mad you haven’t met there parents yet.
Oh and 1 more thing NEVER Be the booty call if A guy or girl is only talking about sex to you via phone Internet or in person THAT’S ALL THEY WANT  RUN!!!!

When we think of resentment all kinds of things pop to mind, it’s never an easy subject to deal with on any level. There are no quick fixes for this feeling and words seem to go unheard as we are consumed with the helplessness of what it brings to our life.

Resentment takes the form of many feelings like hurt, anger, displeasure, offended, belittled, embarrassed, and indignation just to name a few. I receive many calls referring to forms of resentment, and how to deal with this feeling, which is sometimes more difficult than a simple answer, because resentment doesn’t just happen over night, it builds and grows into an uncontrollable obsession with time. There are many little things to dig down an unravel to get to the core of it all. No matter who you are you have felt it and no matter who you are it has captured your feelings and held you in place. Resentment is like a wound that never heals, you can cover it up, but until you decide to deal with it once and for all, it will keep coming back.

Our hearts are our prized possession, We take great care to whom we let have control over them, and when someone abuses it or takes it for granted, then the resentment begins. Feeling of love then becomes the battlefield of anger and we start feeling that there is no hope for put things back together. This is not true, because peeling away some of the layers one at a time will give you a better look at how to repair your situation. If there is a spark of love still left for this person, then it can still be saved and mending can start…. I talked to wonderful lady, that had the most warm loving vibrations around her at the start of our conversation, and as we started taking a closer look at her marriage, I felt the energy change and the feeling of resentment was all around her, in a helpless feeling as being on a dead end street with no where to go. As she talked I could feel the spark of Love still within her heart for her husband, but resentment had stole her loving feelings, and she became focused on every negative gesture he made after that. As I started peeling the layers, I found that life had been very hard at times for them and when she needed his strength and support, he was not there and she felt alone…  I ask her:  did you ever tell him that… she answered why should I… I said because he’s still with you after all these years, and still loves you very much. I felt the warmth come back to her heart and this wonderful person felt hope again.

Resentment is a base that we build upon for all types of situations that happen in our life, it is only lasting if we let it. We have resentment of how we are treated at work, school, with family and friends.  We feel unappreciated, used and abused, we can change this hold on us by using Light & Love in the situations and taking control in a positive way, because resentment can bring mad karma, and no one needs that. So start peeling.

I know most of us have heard it before, that we get out of the Universe what we put in. But, are we really getting what that means? Because when it comes right down to it we are the masters of our own fate. Ok, so that cats out of the bag, we know too much and now we are in for one heck of a ride.

If we are hung up on an old love or loves in some cases and how they hurt us or rejected us. We are only going to bring ourselves more hurt and rejection and this is definitely not what we want. We want to be happy and around those who make us happy.

I can not speak enough on the power of forgiving and releasing.  Next time something happens to bring up thought of that ex that just gets under your skin. Instead of cursing them, bless them. See them as if they were right in front of you and  tell them you hope they are happy, healthy, well and in love.

I know, know it sounds crazy and of course the first few times you  do this you may not really mean it, but keep it up and you will. After all it is the thought that counts. After awhile you will find those negative feelings go away. Soon thoughts and feelings of them will be gone altogether. Give it a shot and see what happens! This will pave the way for that new love to come strolling into your life peacefully instead of having to fight their way in.

After doing this simple visualization many of my clients have found out that mr/ms right was right under their nose the whole time and they were too focused on the past to even notice them. To lose out on that would have been truly a tragedy.  So for sure fire love in the new year let go of the past to allow the present in.

Holiday’s are an opportunity to cherish your family. Family is agreed upon before you are born. You asked for these people to be in your life so that you could learn from them. Don’t get mad if the talk about you, frustrate you or challenge you. That’s what they’re here for. Families are a like in many ways. They talk about each other; venting, worrying, or simply trying to understand perspectives. It is best to just say how you feel; argue, compromise, and move on?

By moving on I don’t mean apart. (unless life is in danger.) I mean move past it. Moving apart doesn’t solve anything. What we don’t resolve; we take with us and repeat until we make it right. Forgiveness isn’t for the other person. It is for you. Holding in anger and resentment can block your energy flow and cause unhappiness. God forgives us all for what we do to each other. He will shine his light on any darkness if asked. We can forgive each other for being human and making mistakes if we respect that we all live, love, grow and learn differently. We are all on different paths. All heading towards enlightenment. Sometimes space is needed. If communicated and accepted with out judgment; it can be healthy.

Acknowledge each other at holidays, birthdays, special occasions and deaths. Send funny emails, kind notes; be pen pals. There are thousands of way to keep peace, show love and keep your boundaries. Remain real with each other. Accept each other for what you are; and love each other anyway. Make a funny; confront it; work it out, giggle, agree to agree or disagree and move on to whatever is next topic. Never for one second skip a beat in loving each other. Never give up on each other. In this or another life we are all together as one again. It isn’t perfect now but it’s all too short for it to matter. We are family. Family is forever. We forgive and move on knowing nothing can break us apart. The bond is more than blood and DNA. It is of energy and light connection. It can not be broken only blocked momentarily; if you allow it.

The Holiday Season is one of my most favorite times of year.  I love the traditions and rituals we all repeat year after year that bring us together in love, celebration and joy.  Most everyone becomes more generous, caring and compassionate than usual.

For some of us, however, all of the focus on fun, love, holiday parties and gift giving can become overwhelming for our hearts, especially if we have lost someone close to us, or someone dear to us is far away.  Here is a soul meditation that I offer to my clients to help close the gap of a loved one not being physically with us.

Find a quiet place to sit, possibly even a place where you’ve spent time with the person you miss.  Close your eyes, take a deep breath, inhaling through your nose all the way down to your navel, hold for two counts, then exhale big.  Repeat, and when you exhale imagine any tension in your body or anywhere in your life leaving.  Do this one more time.  You will feel very centered and peaceful.

Become aware of your Heart Center, the area around your physical heart.  You might want to picture this area as a beautiful flame or a multi-faceted crystal behind three petals.  Allow the petals to unfold and your heart light to shine through.  Ask your Soul to join you.  Your Soul’s heart center flame or multi-faceted crystal is larger than yours.  See and sense your Soul embracing your heart center in theirs.  When completely aligned, you will sense a “click.”

If anything feels out of balance or it’s hard to let your Soul embrace your heart center, ask your Soul to balance the energies and remove anything between you and your Soul.  Notice you are breathing peacefully.  Notice how you good you feel.

Next invite the loved one you are missing to stand a few feet in front of you.  Notice his or her heart center.  Notice how you are feeling with them there.  Ask your Soul to help you send a beam of love from your heart center to your loved one’s heart center.  You will feel a similar “click” when you connect with their heart center.  Send just the right amount of love, not too much, not too little.  Your Soul will help you adjust the flow.  Let the love return to your heart center from your loved one.  Let their love in.
Let anything that feels out of balance be cleared through the love.  Tell your loved one anything you want to say to them.  Let them tell you what they want to tell you.  Be open to hearing them talking, or perhaps seeing scenes, people or symbols.  You may only feel emotions.  Even if it feels like this is only your imagination, trust that whatever you’re experiencing is real.

Your experience may be very emotional.  Know it is perfectly okay to cry and cry.  You may also find yourself angry, or really really happy.  Whatever happens is exactly what’s meant to happen.  Tell them how much you miss them, let them know what you’ve been doing, ask them what it’s like for them.
You will know when to end your session.  You can have as many sessions as you’d like.  I suggest spending 5 to 15 minutes to start, two or three times a week. 

This meditation is powerful.  You may want to have a tape recorder.  Or you may want to quietly bask in the love.  It’s your time together.  Create it in a way that honors the love and supports the communication you wish to share.

For generations dating as far back as the Civil War, people have placed a candle in their windows. It first started when the war began, people would place a candle in their windows for every member of the family who was fighting for the cause. If a family received the tragic news that their loved one had passed bravely while fighting, the family would sadly dowse the candle. This would silently let all of the townsfolk know of the tragic news, and one by one they would come by with food and to share their condolences.

The tradition has carried over with the many wars this country has faced and will still continue, till every man and woman fighting for each and everyone one of us, for our safety, comes home!

Granted also over the years people have considered the candle in the window, a Christmas decoration, and year after year it is proudly, and beautifully, placed on the windowsill for all to see. Some even keep it placed there all year long, because of the hominess feel it creates to all who look upon it.

This year, let’s all place a candle in our windows, for the brave individuals who fight day after day, even on Christmas Day, for our continued freedom. While we sit and cherish the meaning of Christmas, with our beloved families, let’s remember, and honor the men and women of our armed forces, and their families who miss them.
