Over 500 years ago, a man set out on a journey, not knowing what he’d find. With an explorer’s mindset, Christopher Columbus navigated the Atlantic Ocean and set foot on the new world. Throughout the globe, countries honor and celebrate his arrival in the new world on Columbus Day, October 12th. Through his discovery, our great America was formed. It takes courage, perseverance and a great deal of hope to set out on such a journey. Exploration can be intimidating or downright scary, whether you’re setting out to discover a »

About: I am an empathic Tarot reader who helps people solve their problems in life. I have used the cards for seventeen years, and as I've gotten older, my readings have grown more helpful to others. My philosophy about psychic readings is pretty simple: "You create your own future, I just help you figure out which choices to make." I am also a visual artist and musician, and I enjoy spending time with my new baby boy.See Authors Posts (1) - 8 Comments
A lot of Psychics at Psychic Source use Tarot cards as a way to provide insightful readings for clients. I have found, after seventeen years of reading Tarot, however, that many clients don’t really know much about the cards. There are many beliefs about the cards, ranging from how to obtain a deck, how to care for a deck, and how to use them. I would like to address some of these ideas and see what other Psychics and clients believe. The first (and perhaps biggest) belief I wish to »

About: I became interested in reading Tarot when I was 15 and my friend had a set of cards. I played, explored, practiced and began to read for friends and family. I began reading professionally in the late 80's. I have always been intuitive and fascinated by the unknown. I am a Libra-Scorpio girl with Neptune conjunct my sun so I think that accounts for me always studying the mysteries of life. I feel my particular gift seems to be confirming what a client might already think or suspect. I specialize in people. I have helped solve a murder, predicted many events and love working with Tarot and Angel cards. For me Tarot is another alternative to get into oneself, and get closer to my Higher Power. I am an avid reader of popular novels, love interior design, have two grown sons and 2 adorable grandchildren and a husband that makes me laugh. One of my favorite things is to have everyone together and listen to my sons talk in "script" and try to figure out what movie they are in. One does news and traffic on the radio, the other is going to school for film.
I am by trade a professional addictions counselor and am currently deciding what state I want to live in. One of my dreams is to see England as well as Ireland. I have been lucky to see parts of the world; Paris with my mother, Tokyo, Bali, Sing-a-pore, and Indonesia. If it didn't have such harsh winters, I'd be living in Maine. My background is a combination of gypsies and royalty along with a few bootleg makers. I look forward to being in my own home again and re-connecting with my clients as well as meeting new friends on Psychic Source.See Authors Posts (2) - 2 Comments
Tarot has been around for centuries and is said to have originated in Egypt, with the art and symbols in the cards representing different meanings. It has been studied by seekers who are looking to expand their consciousness and intuition, the curious, and all types of people. Tarot can help fine-tune ones intuition, give you confirmation and confidence in your interpretation and awaken other senses. It can be used by itself or with other mediums, meditations, or in your own personalized rituals. It’s a good way of communicating with your »

The art of Tarot dates back to the mid fifteenth century, where Europeans used to play card games with the 78 card deck. Today, they are mainly used in divination, as a way to delve deeper into someone’s situation. In a Tarot Reading, the Tarot Reader will focus on the major arcane, which represent the major aspects of your life and allow a reader to identify major themes throughout the reading. Energy surrounds particular topics and areas in your life, and a gifted Tarot Reader will use the insight from »

About: Hi, I’m Leo thanks for stopping by my corner of the Psychic Source Blog. When I’m not up late at night reading for Psychic Source I enjoy a happy and busy life! I love to mine and dig for stones and crystals in my spare time and have been on quite a number of mining experiences. Crystals are important forms of energy that have metaphysical power to assist in so many issues.
My other favorite pastime is ghost hunting with a Regional chapter of paranormal investigation group where I have been afforded the opportunity to combine my psychic gifts with the tools of the trade as we explored paranormal phenomenon and reported hauntings. Home is full of love and peace; my happiest times are relaxing with my family and my crew of 2 Great Danes, a Chihuahua, a beloved mutt, a very friendly Blue and Gold Macaw and two Thoroughbred horses.See Authors Posts (10) - 1 Comment
The October Birthstone is: Opal. Opal is derived from the ancient Sanskrit word Upala, which translates to “precious stone.” Depending on the type and colors, some opal can cost more per carat than diamonds. Opal can exist in many different types, size and colors. Opal is found in the US, Australia, Mexico, Africa, Czech Republic and many other localities. Opal forms in cracks and crevices in the stone native to the area it is found. Opal can even replace the organic material such as shells, teeth, bones and wood. »
