<p>I rest my head on my Mother&#8217;s chest. As I listen to her heart beat; she relays many messages. Feelings of heaviness, too much weight on her heart, she feels abused, torn and dumped on. She is growing impatient. I feel her anxiousness as her children fight, are unhappy and remain divided. I feel her rumble in rebellion deep with in. Feelings of enough is enough, a steady growing sense of empowerment and a determination to purify herself. I hear her screaming in anger as she erupts her power on those suffocating her. This woman is going to have her solitude, peace, love and harmony; one way or another. It is her destiny.</p>

<p>The yin and yang are disturbed. There is too much negativity, violence, greed, hate and fear. If we are not cautious the consequences will be undesirable. She is feeling her children loosing hope. She&#8217;s calling for their love, NOW. These times have been prophesized for thousands of years. Although change is inevitable; we do have choice. It can be rough or it can be easy. We as a whole get to decide.</p>

<p>As the vibration of Valentine’s Day begins to dance through the atmosphere, energies within the universe swirl like dervishes, intensifying and mounting with heightened emotions and psychic sensitivities, touching our minds, hearts and spirits in uniquely different ways.</p>
<p>The month for love, February,  offers us the opportunity to enhance our intimate connections with those whom Cupid has brought into our lives.</p>
<p>In my work with psychic healing, I’m often asked the question: “Is my lover thinking about me?” To that, I frequently respond: “You will know if you listen to your thoughts.”</p>
<p>Many of us have heard of family members and loved ones being able to sense when there is danger or pain in the lives of those they care for; we have heard of mothers having premonitions about their children and wives about their husbands, about lovers and twin flames being able to sense each other’s pain at a distance.</p>
<p><strong>But how many times do we hear about being able to feel each other’s pleasure at a distance?</strong></p>
<p>The knowing of pain is as accessible as the knowing of pleasure, and when we open ourselves to each others’ thoughts in this dimension of knowing, which is psychic and telepathic, we can experience a pleasure that lifts the soul and catapults it across galaxies, taking it to a place of beauty that exists as a secret of nature.</p>
<p>And a secret of nature is what true sexual pleasure is.</p>
<p>Much more than the physical experience of sex, which is about friction of body parts, psychic and telepathic sex is among the highest expressions of Love, Harmony, and Beauty – it is the result of merging thoughts, auras, and souls in a dimension that is within our grasp, yet out of this world.</p>
<p>How we get there, however, requires complete openness and trust; it also requires practice and patience.</p>
<p>On this Valentine’s Day, or during this month, I encourage you to try to enter the thoughts of your partner so that you may share in the pleasure they feel as you send thoughts of sexual pleasure to them.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Sit and concentrate, visualizing your partner inside of you, or you inside of your partner at that the stage of physical intimacy just before climax; women hold his manhood inside firmly; men, hold your manhood erect while you experience being inside; same sex lovers, feel the tenderness and excitement of your partner’s physical touch in you and on you.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Keep those thoughts for as long as you can, sending thoughts of your pleasure while receiving them – importantly, share. It is the sharing that brings supreme pleasure, which exists at a deeply psychic level. In this dimension of thought and knowing, send whatever thoughts and emotions you are feeling to your partner, expressing your love and admiration for them, telling them how you feel – express all of it – even if there are tears, just express.</p>
<p>Through practice, you will know when your lover is thinking of you, and they will know when they are thinking of them. There will be no question, there will be just love – there will be pure bliss – there will be a release and experience of pure joy.</p>

<p>The Holiday Season is one of my most favorite times of year.  I love the traditions and rituals we all repeat year after year that bring us together in love, celebration and joy.  Most everyone becomes more generous, caring and compassionate than usual.</p>
<p>For some of us, however, all of the focus on fun, love, holiday parties and gift giving can become overwhelming for our hearts, especially if we have lost someone close to us, or someone dear to us is far away.  Here is a soul meditation that I offer to my clients to help close the gap of a loved one not being physically with us.</p>
<p>Find a quiet place to sit, possibly even a place where you’ve spent time with the person you miss.  Close your eyes, take a deep breath, inhaling through your nose all the way down to your navel, hold for two counts, then exhale big.  Repeat, and when you exhale imagine any tension in your body or anywhere in your life leaving.  Do this one more time.  You will feel very centered and peaceful.</p>
<p>Become aware of your Heart Center, the area around your physical heart.  You might want to picture this area as a beautiful flame or a multi-faceted crystal behind three petals.  Allow the petals to unfold and your heart light to shine through.  Ask your Soul to join you.  Your Soul’s heart center flame or multi-faceted crystal is larger than yours.  See and sense your Soul embracing your heart center in theirs.  When completely aligned, you will sense a “click.”</p>
<p>If anything feels out of balance or it’s hard to let your Soul embrace your heart center, ask your Soul to balance the energies and remove anything between you and your Soul.  Notice you are breathing peacefully.  Notice how you good you feel.</p>
<p>Next invite the loved one you are missing to stand a few feet in front of you.  Notice his or her heart center.  Notice how you are feeling with them there.  Ask your Soul to help you send a beam of love from your heart center to your loved one’s heart center.  You will feel a similar “click” when you connect with their heart center.  Send just the right amount of love, not too much, not too little.  Your Soul will help you adjust the flow.  Let the love return to your heart center from your loved one.  Let their love in.<br />
Let anything that feels out of balance be cleared through the love.  Tell your loved one anything you want to say to them.  Let them tell you what they want to tell you.  Be open to hearing them talking, or perhaps seeing scenes, people or symbols.  You may only feel emotions.  Even if it feels like this is only your imagination, trust that whatever you’re experiencing is real.</p>
<p>Your experience may be very emotional.  Know it is perfectly okay to cry and cry.  You may also find yourself angry, or really really happy.  Whatever happens is exactly what’s meant to happen.  Tell them how much you miss them, let them know what you’ve been doing, ask them what it’s like for them.<br />
You will know when to end your session.  You can have as many sessions as you’d like.  I suggest spending 5 to 15 minutes to start, two or three times a week. </p>
<p>This meditation is powerful.  You may want to have a tape recorder.  Or you may want to quietly bask in the love.  It’s your time together.  Create it in a way that honors the love and supports the communication you wish to share.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The holidays can be a stressful time, so when asked how you can de-stress, there are several pieces of advice I give.  The most important one is to breathe, relearn how to breathe correctly. Some call this &#8220;yogic breathing&#8221;. There&#8217;s a deep, natural way we breathed when we were first born, and throughout childhood. This is in perfect alignment with how our bodies are built to breathe. But with time, many become conditioned to breathe improperly&#8211;we learn to suck in the gut, or try to avoid discomfort in uncomfortably fitting clothing. Proper, natural breathing not only gets more oxygen to the brain, which creates feelings of well-being, calmness, and clear-mindedness, but I see it as a way of inviting our Spirit in. We are the breath; the body breathes us. What&#8217;s great is, it&#8217;s a simple thing to learn (or unlearn), and you can do it anywhere and in any moment, including while waiting in long lines for checkout. I cannot stress the importance of this more.</p>
<p>There are a few others I&#8217;d like to mention. Take care of your body&#8211;providing the required nutrients and rest is essential to keeping it together. Make sure you are eating plenty of healthy foods, and if you&#8217;re on the go, it&#8217;s better to take a healthy snack with you than to grab some drive-thru grease. If your body&#8217;s lacking what it needs, there&#8217;s more likely to be stress.</p>
<p>Notice the world around you. Get out of your head, and look around. Just take in where you are and use your physical senses. This refreshes the mind and resets/recharges the mental energy&#8211;as well as helps you avoid accidents and physical obstacles. Your awareness expands, avoiding the tunnel vision that comes with extreme stress.</p>
<p>Maintain social bonds. Remember&#8211;this is what the holidays are all about! Touch base with people. Set aside a few minutes a day just to acknowledge the personal relationships in life, and that we&#8217;re all human. Not only does this feel good and contributes to our sense of well-being, but you might pick up a compliment, a supportive word from a friend, or an acknowledgement of all your hard work. You will find that those you share the most loving relationships with are quite reciprocal, and give back at least as much as you put into them.</p>

<p>Follow me; your guided mental vacation is awaiting you!<br />
1.Envision in front of you 8 steps. (I like to envision them as sand filled boardwalk steps.) These steps lead down to the beach. Each step is warm from the sun.</p>
<p>2.As you count backwards from 8 &#8211; 0 step on each step and feel the warmth of it under your feet. When you are on the last step down and you say &#8220;zero&#8221; you will automatically find yourself on a warm beach.</p>
<p>3.Your feet are in the sand. You can feel the warmth rise up through you entire body. You feel so warm safe and comfortable that you decide to sit down in the sand.</p>
<p>4.You can feel the warmth on your bottom, the sun caressing your face and the wind gently blowing your hair.</p>
<p>5.You gaze off out into the ocean and see the sun shining high in the sky. Staring at the sun you begin to relax deeper and deeper. Envisioning the sun setting you relax more and more with each drop down of the sun&#8217;s light in front of you.</p>
<p>6.When the sun reaches the water horizon line and sets behind it; you will become totally relaxed and in a deep state of relaxation. As you envision this say to yourself setting, setting, set.</p>
<p>7.After the sun sets; you will become sleepy and decide to lay back in the sand. You feel the sand warming and caressing your entire body and you feel totally peaceful and relaxed.</p>
<p>8.Start again from the beginning and repeat the visualizations and affirmations as many times as you need to until you reach your desired level of relaxation. When you are through; simply count back up from 0-8 and envision yourself walking back up the sandy steps and back into your daily life. </p>
<p>You should feel revived, relaxed, cleansed of negativity and find yourself in a peaceful state of consciousness as you go about your regular activities. Take one of these mental vacations anytime you are tensed stressed or fatigued. My friend and I used to like to practice this meditation together and add in some creative elements, like pool boys fanning us in the sun, or sipping fruity drinks &#8211; ect. you can add any elements you desire to your mental vacation. With your creativity and some practice the possibilities to your never ending vacation are limitless. You will start to feel like you can get away and have a vacation anytime you desire. The best part is you don&#8217;t have to take off of work for it and it only costs a few minutes of your time.   </p>

<p>Life can keep you so busy! You may not even realize that you&#8217;re not taking time for yourself. Make some time to nurture yourself this month and see if you feel a <strong>positive change in your mood</strong>. Here are some tips that I use to burn off negativity and recharge with positivity. </p>
<p><strong>Nature</strong> &#8211; sun light, moon light, star light, trees, plants, animals<br />
Light and nature burn off the negative and charge us with positivity. Being outside rebalances us between heaven and earth.  Plants and animals have been known to lower blood pressure and aid relaxation.<br />
<strong>Art </strong>- singing, writing, dance<br />
Creative outlets uplift the mood, provide healthy releases for stress and open us up to the angelic realm for inspiration.<br />
<strong>Meditation </strong>- guided, relaxation music, chakra alignments<br />
Meditating helps to calm the nervous system, clear your mind, and refocus your thoughts.<br />
<strong>Nutrition </strong>- vitamins, nutrients, water, avoid toxins<br />
Your body needs a designated amount of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and water daily. What you put into your body will reflect on your moods, energy level, and strength.<br />
<strong>Rose Quartz</strong> &#8211; to calm emotions<br />
Rose Quarts carries a gentle calming vibration. Hold it to calm the nerves and cultivate self love.<br />
<strong>Amethyst </strong>- to deflect negativity<br />
Amethyst will help to deflect negativity away from you.<br />
<strong>Aromatherapy</strong> &#8211; scents create moods<br />
Check out all of the different scents there are and how they make you feel.<br />
<strong>Vacation </strong>- down time even if only 5 minutes a day<br />
It&#8217;s not always possible to take a vacation but even a mental vacation 5 minutes a day is helpful. Close your eyes, breathe deep and envision yourself in your happy place, vacationing.</p>
<p><strong>Burn off Digital EMF</strong> &#8211; at least 7 minutes of sun light for each hour on a digital<br />
Digital equipment carries energy. EMF sticks to our energy field, clouds it up and disrupts it. Sunlight helps to burn off the negative effects of EMF.<br />
<strong>Turn off Phone </strong>during ME time<br />
When you designate a time for yourself each day; turn off the phone.<br />
<strong>Eliminate Drama</strong> &#8211; stay away from negative influences and people<br />
If possible; avoid people and situations that are negative. Make a check list of people in your life and weather they bring positive or negative into it.  Too much time around negative people and their drama is mentally and emotionally draining. When ever possible avoid these situations or take some serious time to recharge after dealing with a dramatic situation.<br />
<strong>Positive Affirmations</strong> &#8211; Tell your self you are happy. Your brain responds to your thoughts like a computer does to your fingers. Tell yourself you are happy. You are positive. You are going to have a great day.<br />
<strong>Physical Activity</strong> &#8211; 1 hr day Yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, weight training, walking Physical activity increases the endorphins needed to promote a good mood. Yoga and Tai Chi help to balance your energies.<br />
<strong>Eat foods that elevate your mood </strong>- strawberries, milk, cottage cheese, caffeine, spinach, oily fish, sweet potatoes, turkey, brazil nuts, If you don&#8217;t like any of the above foods there are plenty of others. Do some research and find some that you like.<br />
<strong>Sleep</strong> &#8211; 7-9 hours a night is the optimal amount of sleep to get the proper REM. If you don&#8217;t sleep enough to have an REM then your brain isn&#8217;t given the proper time to re-organize all of the information that you&#8217;ve taken in through the day. This can lead to a drained, overloaded, unfocused feeling the next day.</p>

However, we can appreciate a candle and the light it gives and we can appreciate yoga and the balance it helps us to achieve.</p>
<p>Take a yoga class this month, or simply try a simple posture that you find online. Focus on a balance posture so that you learn how to literally balance. What happens on the mat is happening often, in real life. Imbalance on the mat means you have imbalance in life. If you feel anxious while doing yoga, you may feel anxious in life. If you feel too afraid to try it you may have fear holding you back in other areas. To celebrate Buddha, and your own self, try a little balance this month!</p>

<p>March is Spiritual Wellness Month, a time to regain an inner peace, become one with yourself and start fresh. In line with the new spring season, this month we celebrated rebirth, renewal and rejuvenation. Although March comes to an end tomorrow, your spiritual journey doesn’t need to end and in fact, should continue! If you have just scratched your spiritual surface, so to speak, or if you have been on your quest for years, we wanted to give some tips and exercises to help you focus and open your inner spirit.<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Learn to Control Your Anger<br />
</strong>It’s hard to reel yourself in when something ruffles your feathers, especially when it hits close to home. Losing your temper happens; we are only human! If we can learn to take pause, breathe and take stock in the effects our anger may have before we get to that boiling point, we will be better off.</p>
<p><strong>Smile<br />
</strong>It sounds simple, but a mere smile can change your inner atmosphere. Spiritually speaking, a smile can alter your state of mind, allowing you to arrive in a good place. Practicing smiling, even laughing, will make the act come easily and soon, you’ll be smiling more than not.</p>
<p><strong>Change your Behavior<br />
</strong>If you find yourself stuck in a rut, or unhappy with your place in the world, change your behaviors. You can do this subtly at first, altering little things to see how you feel. If you’re used to sitting around the house at night, try going for a walk around your neighborhood or local park. If you tend to eat cereal for dinner, standing up in front of the counter, pick a night where you try a new recipe or frequent a local restaurant you enjoy. Doing new things may be a bit scary, but can do wonders for your inner spirit!</p>
<p><strong>Be Optimistic.</strong><br />
Shirley Temple sang it best: ”Be optimistic, don’t you be a grumpy!” Thinking positively creates good energy and attracts good things to you. When bad or stressful thoughts enter our mind, they are hard to remove and can settle and spread. By not dwelling on these thoughts and choosing to look on the bright side of things, our outlook remains uplifted.</p>
