I have a recipe to share: "Mama Mia Mushrooms", they are stuffed Porabella mushrooms! these can be grilled, or broiled, and the stuffing can be altered. Saute the mushrooms in sherry, a tad of olive oil, fresh crushed garlic, then, use sour dough bread crumbs, butter, sherry, parsley, sage, thyme, marjoram,white pepper,sweet basil,old bay seasoning,oregano, mix till firm. Fill the mushrooms with the filling, add fresh lump crab meat, and grated swiss cheese, then bake or broil till done! for more fun add a little polenta, or minced artichoke for texture. Becoming friends with the fisherman was quick to happen and one year right before the forth of July they caught a great white shark. 2000 pounds, now that’s a fish!!! we were having about a hundred people over for a birthday party and the fisherman gave us about 80 pounds of great white shark. We cooked it on the grill, it was a very interesting thing to eat, it only took a minute before all the fish was gone. I love sushi and tuna is one of my favors.
