MARS Moves into Leo, early Wed. May 26!
Fiery planet MARS will be so glad to move from its debilitation sign of Cancer into friendly Leo. Mars got stuck there for over 6 months, due to a back and forth retrograde dance in that sign. It is highly unusual for this planet to linger so long in one sign. It has been transitting Cancer since 10/04/09.
Many of us are greatly looking forward to this positive movement! What a relief for those who are Cancer Ascendants to get this off of our first house, and the Capricorns are certainly glad to see it exit their 7th house of partnership, business and travel!
Did Mars contribute to the Gulf Oil disaster?
To my way of thinking, it well could have. When Mars is debilitated, its energy is angry, quarrelsome and easily irritated, and causes accidents. It’s been sitting in WATER sign Cancer, and we know this explosion occurred on the rig so deep in the ocean. How IRONIC that the oil company “plug the hole” efforts kept getting delayed until TOMORROW, the very day that Mars will move!
FULL MOON IN SCORPIO on Thursday, May 27th
The total point of fullness will be at approximately 4:27 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Scorpio energy is that of the Emotional Intuitive, a water sign with much depth and sensitivty, yet quite strong as it is a Fixed Sign. The Moon represents mind and emotions, so when it is full in this sign which is so acutely aware of the range of human psychology, and loves to investigate and understand mysteries (the deeper and darker, the better) it is a good time to get in touch with our own inner dilemnas or demons and solve them! SATURN goes direct on May 30th�
Saturn is already traveling through a friend’s sign, Virgo, but has been in retrograde motion since January 13th. This planet governs all things black, oil being one of them. I believe that these two “giant steps of improvement”, with Mars changing signs and Saturn going direct motion should finally help BP get a lid on this severe oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico. Saturn’s direct motion will start close to noon, Mountain Daylight time, Sunday May 30th.
