3 Ways to Leave Feedback

You’ve just had an incredible Psychic Reading from one of the over 160 gifted psychic experts at Psychic Source. You are feeling energized, empowered, excited, and euphoric, and maybe even other words starting with the letter “e”.  You want to share that feeling with others, but how?  Well Psychic Source has three great ways for you to let your advisor and fellow customers know how you feel.

1. The quickest and fastest way is with an over the phone Star Rating. When you have finished a reading, don’t hang up the phone, just press the Star (*) Key! When you complete your reading in this manner, you will be presented with an option to rate how satisfied you are with the quality of the reading. You have the option to rate your reading on a scale of 1 through 5: 1 being least satisfied and 5 being extremely satisfied. These numbers are averaged together and shared on our website as well as in our semi-annual Advisor Directory mailing.
2. The other two methods to leave feedback are both located on our website. First, you can leave your advisor a testimonial. It’s simple to leave a Testimonial. Just fill out the form located HERE. Once a week, upon review, testimonials are posted on the website for you to enjoy and find out valuable feedback.  Please remember we cannot answer individual questions on the testimonials page. We value your opinions, and use your comments to help improve our service. If you ever want to ask a specific question, you can always e-mail the blog or click the link on the Testimonials Page.
3. Finally, our newest method to leave feedback requires you to have an on-line account. Once you follow the quick steps to create your on-line account, you will have access to a list of all your readings eligible for feedback under “Rate My Readings”.  From here, you will be able to give the reading a rating from 1 to 5 stars and provide specific comments regarding the psychic and your experience. Please be mindful, the reading must have been at least 2 minutes in length for any feedback to be approved and will not be posted if they contain bad language or personal attacks.  Psychic Source will post updated feedback once a week so be sure to check back often to see the latest comments said about your favorite advisors by customers like you.  You can find this feedback posted on the individual psychic’s page, by clicking the “feedback” tab.
    

We know the reading experience can be subjective; one person’s favorite Advisor may not be your favorite, or you have different Advisors for different needs…the list could go on!  However, by offering you the opportunity to provide different levels of feedback about your overall experience and how you relate to that experience says a great deal about your level of satisfaction.
