About: Hello everyone, my name is Marc and I became a member of the Psychic Source blog writing staff in 2007. As the Operations Coordinator for Psychic Source, I enjoy daily interaction with our advisors. They are just some of the nicest, most down-to-earth people you could ever hope to meet. Prior to beginning my job here at Psychic Source, I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical about psychics. Because it wasn’t something I could see with my own eyes, I wondered just how accurate talking to someone over the phone could be. Well let me tell you, after working here for just a few days, I quickly learned to open my mind and expand my horizons. I’ve had many readings with our advisors and I am constantly amazed by the information they are able to pull out about myself and the people in my life. So I am here to tell you, I am not a psychic, and I won’t pretend to be one. However, if you are on the fence about getting a reading, give us a try. Welcome back to the 2nd installment of our Psychic Source 20th Anniversary celebration. To get things started, last month we sent out a survey to all our psychic advisors and asked you questions as well. We will be sharing your responses and those of our Psychics all year long.

I am proud to be a part of a service that supports both Advisors and Clients. Each year, Psychic Source does its level best to listen to each of us and make as many positive changes as possible, helping us all to learn and grow. The growth in the last year and a half has been amazing. I am looking forward to the next 20 years!

Psychic Source keeps adding new features for clients that are affordable and fun. I like their special promotions and use of the media to bring in more clients for all of us, while also making the use of psychic readings more mainstream.

Having the use of the Internet as a tool, has enabled Psychic Source to “rise” (like we’re made of yeast) to Star status — like the Pillsbury Dough Boy!! Psychic Source has gone from being a Model T Ford to a Rolls Royce upon Jeni’s arrival and the interaction of the Marketing Team. We are definitely “soaring among the Eagles”!! No telling where we will be in 2019!!!!!

Psychic source has been growing a lot. I used a psychic myself 10+ years ago who helped me to confirm my own readings as well as to communicate with my mom who had passed. I have never done past lives myself. I remember there were quite a few less advisors than now and so many features have been added. Psychic Source is still continuing to grow and prosper. Due to the integrity/reputation of Psychic Source I’m MORE than sure we will one day be celebrating a 50th! With over 170 advisors, there is someone for everyone, with any interest in the metaphysics that could be imagined.

There were about half as many advisors when I started. We worked directly with the supervisors and also with the technical specialists. It is much more high-tech now. I love that I still am able to work with some of the same Clients, as well as have the opportunity to be of service to new ones! It’s a great way to use my gifts.

Psychic Source has embraced new technologies to help advisors and clients get to know each other. The web TV shows and the blogs are a great way to interact and learn more about each other.

When I started with Psychic Source, it was a great experience for me because I was able to help so many people who were reaching out for answers, much like our clients do today. It feels good to know that we are able to help those in need and to hear them say, “Thank you. I feel so much better since talking with you.” That phrase puts the cream on top of a hectic day for all of us on the line.

I have been an advisor at Psychic Source going on 10 years. We had about 90 advisors on the service when I first came on board. I have been especially impressed with the high standard of integrity of the staff in service delivery and customer service and in the contracting of new advisors. We ARE the best. I especially value our client’s, some of whom have been with me for all of those 9+ years. I have been happy to serve you as your advisor and hope to continue to do so for many years to come. I was very part-time (15 hours/week) for many years at Psychic Source and had another ‘day job,’ so I didn’t really know many people who worked there, although I was always busy and had nice clients. With the exception of one or two people whom I called every few months, with a question or two, I really didn’t know the staff. Four years ago, when I went full time, I had a great experience from the very beginning (on full-time). Jeni came on board the first week that I went full time, and almost immediately I got to meet her and all the other wonderful staff, when I came up very suddenly, on the run from a hurricane! I found everyone to be really wonderful, kind and very professional. I was very proud to be a part of the team. Since then, the website was redesigned and they have initiated many great programs. The management team is truly responsive and has really made an effort to make their readers and clients feel welcome, acknowledged, supported and valued, and that is RARE in this day and age!
