Creating Your Path to Positivity and Clarity - Part 1

Wishful thinking, positive attitude or affirmations… what works and is there a difference? Do thoughts affect our lives? Many of my clients in the past 30 years have asked these very questions in our psychic readings. Now that our nation and global communities are in times of sudden flux, we can we do more than just hang in there and survive during trying times.

First of all, THOUGHTS ARE THINGS!!! WORDS ARE CYRSTALIZED THOUGHTS!! The “ancients of olde” knew this and there are many books that have been written about magnetic energies and ones’ thoughts including, “Ask and It is Given”, “Power of Now”, and the works of Dr. Norman Peale. Many spiritual/religious mystics cleared their thoughts through rigorous inventories and living a cloistered prayer-filled life.

One need not be an extraordinarily talented and mystical individual to utilize these techniques. Those of you who have spoken with me know there is a proven method to clear the emotional baggage and attract the life you choose to live. I often hear from clients: “I have been using positive thinking and affirmations my whole life but I must have some form of curse on me ‘cause it is not working for me. My life still &*)@(* ing sucks!” Most often by the end of a session, these people are recognizing the baggage they are holding on to and look to attract a life of their choice. They begin to let go and loosen their hold on that baggage.

It is hard to let go of that baggage because it’s the ‘known’. It’s one’s comfort zone and sometimes it is another way of coping with life’s challenges. When our baggage starts to get too heavy and trips us up, it’s important to at least lighten up! Get someone to help you haul that baggage out to the ‘cosmic garbage collectors’ or do it yourself. Believe me, the baggage can be used somewhere else in the universe as cosmic fertilizer, you will not be creating any cosmic litter or mess by letting go of it!
