I love stories like this. My Medicine Elder always used to teach, "Expect nothing but be prepared for everything; in this way the Universe can truly manifest miracles." The mind plays tricks with us, telling us that things are not possible until the point where we accept them as truth. Yet, when we quiet our mind and open our heart, when we are prepared for miracles to find us everywhere, we open the door for true abundance. The synchronicity of life never ceases to amaze me!
