Positive vibes attract positive people!

Everyone wants to find their true love, their soul mate, their life partner. As a psychic, I get many questions from clients asking why they haven’t found the right person. Having spoken to so many about love, I’ve noticed some very interesting differences between those who have found love and those who feel hopeless. I’m excited to share powerful insight and exercises for those experiencing a lull in the romance department. 

Want to know how to attract anything you desire? Energy. Most successful relationships are the result of positive thinking. This practice of training your mind to unleash positive energy will help you attract who and what you want. I encourage you to try it for one week—you’ll notice the difference in your day to day interactions and overall mood. 

Have you noticed certain people’s charisma or contagious laughter attracts you to them and makes you feel good? Have you noticed that even when you care about someone, their negativity rubs off on you, making you not want to be in their presence? This is all energy.

When we don’t have a partner in our lives it’s very easy to feel sad, lonely and to continue focusing on what we don’t have. It’s important to change the way you think. We need to consciously recognize negative thoughts in our minds and decide right then to change them into something positive. The concept may sound easy but the act itself might prove to be challenging at first.

Here is an exercise for beginners—a way to transition into a new way of thinking and of changing your energy.

1. Pick a day to sit down and begin this fun experiment. 

2. Take a piece of paper and a pen (rather than typing on your computer). Make a list of qualities you want in a partner. Write down anything and everything you can think of.

3. On a separate piece of paper, write down five positive qualities about yourself. Not things like, “I am good at golf” or “I have a college degree,” but actual traits or characteristics.

For example: 
I am very attractive
I am intelligent
I am successful
I am creative
I am desirable 

Just by making these lists you’re focusing on the positive energy you want in your life; you’re changing your own energy imprint. It’s very important to think and speak about what you want as opposed to what you do not want.

4. For one week, each morning as you prepare for your day, read your list of the five positive qualities you wrote about yourself. Before you go to sleep each night, again, read your list of five qualities. Go to sleep and wake up with these positive thoughts resonating within you. You can read silently, but if you feel comfortable I prefer that you read them aloud (even if it makes you feel silly, it’s worth it).

By changing your own energy, even with this little list, you’ll notice differences in the way people approach you throughout the week. It’s also a great way to start feeling better about yourself. You’ll be amazed at how changing the way you look and think about yourself will change the way others perceive you.
