Who Are We? Why Are We Here? by Psychic Jodie

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?  A perplexing question that has stumped the greatest of minds. Can the answer to be found in theology, biology or philosophy…? 

Other questions which have perplexed many as well are:  Who are we?  Why are we here?

Who are we? 
Are we human beings having spiritual experiences?  Or rather, are we spiritual beings having human experiences?  I believe that we are spiritual beings of pure energy, love and light, that are blessed with the experience of being in human form.  This brings us to the second question…

Why are we here?
We’re here on earth to experience the gift of mortality and the world of 3-D in all of its material pleasures and forms.  Here, we experience love in all of its dimensions and varying degrees.

In A Course in Miracles, it’s stated that “love is all there is and the rest we made up.” We are created in the likeness and image of our creator and are here to experience the gift of life in this world of 3-D, known as planet Earth. 

Here, we get to experience such wondrous things—mother nature in all her glory in the plants, trees, mountains, oceans—such wonderful and amazing places to enjoy and savor in each succinct detail.  These places can bring us to sheer states of joy and peace if we choose.  Life on earth is truly a gift and we get to stretch our “spiritual wings” and grow into the potential and perfection that we were created to be.  Living our lives in harmony with our true nature, our true potential ensures each one of us of a life filled with love, harmony and success in any and all of endeavors. 

Being human offers so many pleasures, so many joy-filled moments:  gazing upon a beautiful sunset, a beautiful baby, or into the eyes of the one we love.  All of these moments of loving perfection are held within our hearts to be cherished for all eternity. 

Life in 3-D, on planet earth, is the greatest gift to all.
