I've learned to find free time by saying no to extra work
We all have things we love to do in our spare time, but who really has the opportunity to engage in their hobbies on a daily basis? If you're like me, you have a full-time job and familial responsibilities to take care of at home. I can't imagine the last time I was able to relax and paint or take part in a yoga class!
Lately, I've become increasingly frustrated with my lack of free time. I started to notice that I was taking out my frustrations on my kids and significant other - something I didn't want to do. Before everything became carried away, I decided to speak to my psychic to receive more guidance on how I could revamp my lifestyle to make more "me" time.
During my online psychic reading, I discovered that a majority of my stress is coming from my job. Taking on extra projects was eliminating spare time at the end of the day that I could use to rest and relax. My psychic suggested that I learn to say "no" more often when people ask for favors at the office.
My general fear is that my colleagues and boss will start to frown upon my work ethic, but my psychic reassured me that they already recognize how hard I work on a regular basis. Saying no won't offend anyone, and it'll give me more time at home.
After my reading, I also became more interested in the idea of using my newfound free time to paint. My psychic told me that if I turn to painting to relieve my stress and do something I truly enjoy, I'll be able to potentially make a few extra dollars selling my work. I'm not in dire need of cash, but it would be nice to gain a little recognition for my work and it'll definitely boost my spirits!
In many instances of my life, I've found that a reading is all I need to gain reassurance and a sense of direction. I knew before my reading that I needed more free time, but my psychic added more clarity to the situation, which I'm grateful for.
