I’ve heard horror stories about people racking up huge debt from psychic readings because of disreputable psychic services. How do I know you won’t rip me off and charge me more than I realize? We want to respond to this question in two parts:
First, we never want anyone to spend beyond their means or face financial
difficulties because of our service. We can’t tell you how to
spend your money, but please...spend it wisely. Psychic readings are
a wonderful experience...like a great visit to a relaxing spa, or a
long talk with a good friend. Our service should leave you feeling
good, not worried about money. We all like to treat ourselves to something
special every now and then. We hope we’ll always be one of your
little luxuries, but never an expense that you feel guilty over.
Second, when we started this business, we decided our customers should always know what they are spending before receiving a psychic reading. With our service, you have the option of selecting Psychics based on their rate per minute, affording you control over the readings you receive from our gifted Advisors. Once you select a Psychic, you add dollars into your account and speak with the Advisor of your choice. You only pay that Advisors’ rate per minute, adding more dollars to your account when they’ve been used. There are no hidden fees and we don’t bill charges to your phone. No surprise charges…ever.

Price of Advisors
What are the Advisors’ rates per minute? Advisors are offered at three different rates per minute: $2.95, $4.15 and $5.75. These rates are not representative of our Advisors’ abilities. Rather, they are based upon customer demand. Please know we maintain our same high standards and continue to put all Advisors through a rigorous screening process; their skills are tested by our in-house staff, some of our best Advisors and by Psychic Source customers. Each Advisor that joins our community is held to the same quality level, ensuring their authenticity and your satisfaction.
What are the benefits? By providing you with flexible Advisor rates, we’re giving you more control over what you’re spending, allowing you to try different Advisors.

Adding Dollars to Your Account
I used to buy packages of time. Now how will I be making a purchase? Instead of buying packages of time (Example: 7 minutes for $30), you now add dollars to your account. You are able to add anywhere from $10 to $500 dollars. This applies to how you purchase through Customer Service and online at Psychic Source.com. When purchasing through ESP or extending your reading by using Quick Buy, you will be offered pre-set dollar amounts to choose from.
Once I add dollars to my account, how am I charged for a reading? The length of your reading, along with the Advisors’ rate per minute, will determine the amount of money deducted from your Psychic Source account. If you have a 10 minute reading with an Advisor whose rate per minute is $2.95, $29.50 will be deducted from your account.
What happens to the existing minutes left on my old account on the day of the conversion? Any time left on your old account has been converted to Bonus Dollars at a rate of $4.29 per minute. For example if you have 8 minutes left on your old account, your new account balance will be $34.32.
Where can I find out how much money I have on my account? When you log into the system, you’ll be greeted with a service message that will provide your converted account balance and instructions on how to hear a detailed explanation of how your time and bonus points were converted. You can also
log in to your PsychicSource.com account for information about your account balance.
How do I know how long I have to speak with an Advisor? Don’t worry we’ll do the math for you! At the beginning of your reading, before you connect with your chosen Advisor, you’ll hear how many minutes and seconds you have available to speak with that particular Advisor. This will be based on the Advisor’s rate per minute and the total dollars (including Bonus Dollars) available on your account.
What if I don’t want to use all of my money on one reading? You’ll still be able to stop the reading at any time. Just press the star key to end your connection with the Advisor and your new account balance will be updated automatically.

Bonus Dollars
What are Bonus Dollars? Bonus Dollars increase the value of your account balance and are used to extend your readings. Look for opportunities to earn Bonus Dollars during promotions and special offers. Don’t miss out! If you are not receiving email from us now, contact Customer Service to update your account.
How do I use Bonus Dollars? Bonus Dollars are used to extend your reading automatically. Once your paid account balance reaches $0, your Bonus Dollars kick in to extend your reading. Any unused Bonus Dollars will expire after 48 months if you haven’t used your Psychic Source account.

Your Online Account
What is different about my PsychicSource.com account? The first time you log in to your online account, you’ll be asked to create a PsychicSource.com member username and password. There are a number of new features that will allow you to customize your My Account home page. You’re able to make a list of your favorite Advisors and rate and provide feedback for each reading. Also, include your astrological sign on your My Account home page so you can view your horoscope each time you log in.
How do I get the enhanced version of the Available Psychics Menu? Psychic Source Members have enhanced features and sorting abilities when navigating through our Available Psychics Menu – just login to your PsychicSource.com account to take advantage of advanced sorting options like sorting by name, extension, price, availability and star rating average. See which advisors are available, or in a reading, and how long they are expected to be logged on to the service. To access all this great information, just login to your PsychicSource.com account.
To access your online account, visit PsychicSource.com and click Login, look for the Member Login section and enter your 10-digit phone number and 4-digit pin to access your account. Once you’ve done that, click on the Available Psychics links to take in the new view!
Where can I find my new account information? As you start to use the new PsychicSource.com, you’ll build your detailed Account History. The new system allows you to sort by date of order or period of time and view a number of details, including your reading history with the length of each reading and rate per minute of the Advisor you spoke with. Also, your account balance, including Bonus Dollars, is provided. We are unable to show you readings that may have taken place prior to the launching of the new Psychic Source.
What is different about PsychicSource.com? The new PsychicSource.com website has great new features that enhance your experience. There are Star Ratings on each individual Advisor Page, along with their rate per minute and personal feedback from customers who have had readings.

Psychic Chat Online is a private, online instant message reading between you and the Advisor of your choice. The Advisors that are available for online chat readings are hand selected and have gone through a rigorous screening process to ensure that their reading style works well in an online environment.

We are excited to introduce this new service, which complements phone readings. Now you can contact an Advisor when you’re not able to make a phone call. During this introductory period, be sure to provide feedback on your online reading experiences.
How do I get a Psychic Chat Online reading?
- Login to your PsychicSource.com online account and visit the Psychic Chat Online listing of Advisors available for chat.
- Choose the Advisor you would like to speak with by clicking the “Chat Now” button located beneath the advisor’s name.
- A confirmation page will detail your Advisor selection and provide you with available minutes for the connection.
- Confirm your selection to proceed with your reading and connect to your Advisor.
Can I use the Quick Buy feature during my online chat reading to increase the length of my reading?
Quick Buy is currently not available during Psychic Chat Online readings. Prior to making your connection, please take a moment to add dollars to your account.
How do I end my Psychic Chat Online reading?
You can end your online chat reading at any time by pressing the END SESSION button within the chat screen. We keep track of the time remaining in your reading through a countdown clock located on the chat screen.
When is my favorite Advisor available for Psychic Chat Online?
Visit your favorite Advisor’s bio page for their Psychic Chat Online schedule which is located at the bottom of their bio and is listed as ‘Available for Psychic Chat Online readings.’
Can I redeem a promo code for a Psychic Chat Online reading?
At this time you can’t redeem special offers for online chat readings. However, promotional rates that apply to all Psychic Source customers or introductory offers are assumed in your available minutes balance.

- We look at your account to see which Advisors you have saved to your My Favorite Advisors section on PsychicSource.com. To add Advisors to your favorites list go to your Psychics’ personal bio pages, and select the option on the page to add them to your Favorites list – it’s that easy!
How do I receive My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts?
- My Favorite Advisor Cell Phone Alerts is a feature offered to customers who have a Psychic Source.com account. You can be a paid member of Psychic Source or a free website account User.
- You can set up your Cell Phone Alerts preferences on the Psychic Source My Account Page – just click on the Sign Up For My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts link.
- When you choose to activate My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts, you will send a validation code to the cell phone number you provided when you activated the feature.
- Use the validation code to validate your Cell Phone Alerts preference where you are prompted on the enrollment form.
How often will I receive My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts?
- Alerts are sent based upon when your Favorite Advisor(s) logs on to give readings and how many favorites you have saved. If your Favorite Advisors log on multiple times per day, you will receive a text message each time one of your Advisors logs on.
Does My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts cost me anything?
- The service is free from Psychic Source. However, you are charged for standard text messaging rates by your cell phone service provider. Check with your provider to make sure you have a plan or rate that best suits your text messaging needs.
What if I don’t receive my My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts validation code?
- If you do not receive your validation code, login to your account and choose Sign Up for My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts.
- Complete the form to receive My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts.
- You will receive a new validation code text message on the cell phone you provided.
- Use the validation code to confirm your Cell Phone Alerts preference where you are prompted on the enrollment form.
What should I do if receive incorrect validation code error?
- If after three attempts we are unable to confirm your validation code, we were not successful in processing your request and you will need to repeat the subscribe process.
How do I cancel My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts requests?
- To unsubscribe from My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts, simply access Manage My Favorite Advisor Alerts on your My Account Page.
- Check the unsubscribe box to cancel your preference, and click Save.
- This will update your preference and you will no longer receive Cell Phone Alerts.
How do I change my cell phone number or provider information after I subscribed?
- To update your cell phone and/or provider information, you will need to follow the unsubscribe process and re-subscribe to receive My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts.
- To unsubscribe from My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alerts, simply access Manage My Favorite Advisor Cell Phone Alerts on your PsychicSource.com My Account Page.
- Check the unsubscribe box to cancel your preference, and click Save.
- This will update your My Favorite Advisors Cell Phone Alert preferences.
- To add your new cell phone number or provider information, you will need to re-subscribe.

Psychic Source Membership Rewards
What is Psychic Source Membership Rewards? Psychic Source Membership Rewards is a program where you earn free Bonus Dollars for your Psychic Source purchases and readings! There are two ways to earn your rewards:
On your Purchases Each time you add dollars to your account, you’ll earn 3% Rewards Dollars in return. Once your Purchased Membership Rewards account reaches $30 Rewards Dollars, they will be moved to your Psychic Source account as Bonus Dollars, where you’ll be able to use them towards your readings. Your Bonus Dollars will expire after 48 months if you haven’t used your Psychic Source account.
On your Readings
You can earn up to $50 Bonus Dollars each month for your readings with our Psychics.
Get 10 readings during the month, receive $10 Bonus Dollars
Get 20 readings during the month, receive $25 Bonus Dollars
Get 30+ readings during the month, receive $50 Bonus Dollars
Your readings must be a minimum of 10 minutes in length to qualify for Psychic Source Membership Rewards. The number of readings you receive is calculated on the last day of each calendar month and you will receive Bonus Dollars for the highest reading level achieved.

I'm a bit nervous about placing my order over the internet. How does Psychic Source protect my information? Psychic Source uses a secure server software, called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. This technology encrypts your personal information including credit card number, name and address so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We use 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest available. In addition to encryption, SSL assures that your browser sends data only to the correct server and that the server is secure. This ensures that the information you are entering is secure and your transaction will be safe.
I don't have a check or a credit card; can I still purchase a reading with Psychic Source? We make it easy to add dollars to your account; either here on our website or through our Customer Service Center at . You have the option to add dollars to your account several ways; a debit card, credit card/gift card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover); with a money order; or through Western Union and Money Gram.
Using a Prepaid Master Card®, Visa® or American Express® Card It’s the anonymous, secure and safe way to add dollars to your account. When you use a prepaid credit card, there are never any statements so you maintain your privacy and keep your transactions confidential. Pick up a prepaid card at many local retailers or online.

How do I use Promo Codes? Using Promo Codes for your PsychicSource.com purchases is easy. A Promo Code has four or five digits and is used to apply exclusive offers or other special rates to your purchase.
Simply enter a Promo Code when asked and follow the instructions to process your order. You must use a valid credit card, which will be charged the total amount of dollars you want to place on your account. All packages shown on PsychicSource.com are the final price inclusive of the special offer from the applied Promo Code.
How do I apply a Promo Code to my readings? You may receive a Psychic Source promotion with a special offer on an Advisor’s rate per minute or on one of your readings. To apply a Promo Code, follow these simple steps:
- Call 1-800-732-0797 and enter your membership information.
- Press Option 6 from the Crossroads Menu.
- Enter your Promo Code and you’ll hear a message about your special offer.
- Listen to a list of all Advisors associated with that particular special. Choose your Advisor.
You must be an existing member to redeem a Promo Code on a reading.
How do I get the discount when there’s no Promo Code needed? If you receive a Psychic Source offer that states "no Promo Code needed," you’ll be able to receive the discount when you receive a reading or add dollars to your account, automatically. The discounted Advisor rates and package prices will be reflected on the website and you’ll hear messages about the discount on the service.

Schedule a Reading
How do I schedule an appointment? You can now schedule an appointment with Advisors at the $2.95 and $4.15 per minute rates.
- To set up an appointment email appointments@psychicsource.com or call 866-917-5080 to speak with an appointment specialist.
- When scheduling, you must have enough dollars in your account to equal the length of your appointment. Appointments can be in 15, 30, 60, or 90 minute blocks. There may be minimum appointment lengths for some Psychics.
- Appointments are made during the Advisor’s schedule. You can see the Advisor’s schedule on her/his individual bio page. Visit our full listing of Psychics, find your Psychic and click on View Schedule. Please note, while we do our best to keep this information up to date, schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Appointments must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- Not all Advisors at the $2.95 and $4.15 price range are available for appointment, so please email or call to check availability.
How do I call in for my appointment?
- When it is time for your appointment, call Psychic Source at 1-800-732-0797. You will hear a message telling you about your scheduled appointment.
- If you log in before your scheduled appointment, you must choose the Psychic’s extension during your appointment window in order to be connected with them.
- You will be placed ‘on hold’ while your Psychic is notified you have arrived for your appointment.

How do I leave Feedback for an Advisor?
Feedback about our Advisors comes from directly from you, our Psychic Source customers! After each reading, you can rate and provide feedback about an Advisor. Simply
login to your PsychicSource.com web account and under the personal information, click on Rate my Readings. You can rate and provide feedback about readings that have occurred in the last 90 days.
Who else will be able to view or read my comments about a reading with an Advisor?
Your comments and star rating about a reading with an Advisor will be visible on the Advisor’s bio page, under the Feedback tab. Only your first name, city, state and date will be posted with your feedback.
Are all star ratings and comments posted, even if they are negative?
Yes, we post both positive and negative feedback, as long as your reading is at least 3 minutes. We do review all feedback and star ratings to make sure they are informative and do not contain inappropriate language.
I left feedback, but it wasn’t posted — Why?
We will not post your feedback if it contains any unsuitable material. Feedback must not reference any personal information, including other people’s names, addresses, phone numbers, personal details or mention of any other Advisor. Readings must be at least 3 minutes in duration for feedback to be posted and you may only leave one feedback per reading. Typically feedback and star ratings are updated within 1-2 business days.
What do the stars on the Feedback tab next to each Advisors name represent?
The stars next to each Advisor’s name represent the ratings from customers. After each reading, customers are encouraged to rate their experience with the Advisor on a scale of 1 to 5; 1 is a low rating, 5 is a high rating. Your responses can help you and others make new Advisors connections.
How long can my feedback about an Advisor reading be in length?
Your feedback can be a maximum of 200 characters.
